Hayley looks better than the model in my humble opinion.

The belt is different, too. Or maybe she's not wearing one with hers? That's how it looks without one, maybe?
What about the ITV Michael Buble dress? (Michael Buble dress! :rollin

I don't know what else to call it. The whole title of the event is too much work to type. Okay, how about the light blue zipper dress?

Sorry Libby, I was being flippant as I'm sure you knew. But the real point is Hayley, much more than what she wears. I have seen here dressed down, no makeup, and she is still gorgeous.

Yeah, in the light blue dress, she has less or lighter eye makeup, yet still very bright lipstick. I think it would've looked better to have a lighter pink lipstick/gloss. Everything else was light, so why just one really bright thing? Oh, well, she still looks good, of course.

In the above article, Hayley said that she likes the designer Alberta Ferriti. Both of these dresses are by that designer. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any catwalk photos to go with this.

The Alice Temperley dress looks blue in the model's picture, but black in Hayley's. The blue would've looked really pretty on her, but I guess she already wears blue a lot, and not as much black on stage, as she mentioned. Regarding the article: They asked her if she has "fat" days? That's kind of rude, and in case they didn't notice, Hayley has never, ever been close to fat! Jillian, if you can't find a catwalk photo, don't worry about it; the models are always too stern-looking. We'd much rather see Hayley modeling them with her pretty smile. Thanks for finding out who the designer is for the blue dress. One we've still never found is the orange/coral dress I first remember seeing her wear at the Buxton Opera House in 2008. Also at Picadilly.

Also at Picadilly. Hi Libby, The term 'fat day' is used quite a bit in Australia ... and I presume in the UK. It's doesn't mean 'fat' in the real sense... just those days when you wake up and feel 'blah'. I think the Alice Temperely dress may have come in a variety of colours... Hayley's is black and the model's was blue. There's actually a picture of the designer herself wearing the same dress in black at a party: Another dress that I've found the designer for is the Classical Brits 2007 dress. It was designed by Australian designer Collette Dinigan. I think that Hayley must have had her's lengthened or the catwalk dress was just a shorter version .

I suppose this dates me as I live a somewhat quiet life but I've not ever heard the "fat day" expression....and I would have noticed it as I live in a pretty busy part of Australia. Also I lived in Germany for a three year period once and was quite shocked to hear the changes in everyday Aussie English on my return. Maybe it's simply not reached my area yet ? Graeme

Graeme Ha, ha -- I think that it is an expression mainly used by teenage girls! So I'm not suprised that it's not part of your vocab, Graeme! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif
