In my voice colloquium we just had a guest speaker on music as a career and how there is far more than the two options most people think of as a career in music. We learned about Music Therapy, Music Synthesis, Research and Innovation, New Media Sector and more.
Music CAN be a career and is for many people - you just may not see them in the spotlight.
