It is my pleasure to announce that Joe has been promoted to the rank of Senior Moderator. This position is, in all but name, effectively "semi-admin" level and enables a few additional powers over and above that of Global Moderator which, we believe, will be of benefit to the forum as a whole.
This promotion is in recognition of Joe's unceasing commitment to the forum for which we are most greatful.
Joe, good luck, congratulations and thank you for all you do.
