have you met Hayley ?? Marianne told me she did so I assumed you were with her but apparently not !! Yes, Stephany, I was there at Christchurch Town Hall Jan 18th 2006 too. We were together in the queue & Marianne was in front of me. I told Hayley about the effect of her music particularly on Marianne. She (HW) looked fairly serious that evening....actually uncharacteristically I have now learned. Maybe that was how I affected her. Graeme

Hiya Dori! I am soooo pleased for you. I was also thinking of you in the queue as it approached one o'clock in the morning (UK time). Your report and photographs are wonderful and are exactly the kind of coverage that this forum needs. Best of all, it is lovely to see you. If you are "different" it's because you have been Hayleywowed and that makes you special. Cherish the day and treasure the memory, Sukayna. Love, Roger

Hello Dori! Many thanks for your fantastic report and photographs. It's the wonderful coverage of these events that we get from fans like you that helps to make this forum so special, and I must say you look gorgeous. I bet you won't have any difficulty remembering yesterday in great detail! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifThanks for passing on our greetings to Hayley from HWI! Best Wishes from London, Richard

I think i still can't quite believe it happened. I mean, you see Hayley in photos, and you hear her voice, and you see on her on TV, but nothing, i mean nothing, compares to meeting her in person. She is so much more beautiful in person (imagine that, because she looks beautiful in photographs and videos!!) and she is such a lovely person! It is truly amazing to see how great she is - she is such a role model to everyone! Dori

Hi Dori, Thank you writing the report and sharing your photos with us. Hayley looks tired. She was sleeping when she was signing Odyssey which your mother borrowed from you. Raymond

Hi Sukayna WOW!! You certainly did have a great time meeting Hayley for the first time and congratulations on being the latest "Hayleywowed" member of HWI what a great report and set of pictures. I always like to see Hayley when she is casual - jeans and teeshirt look just great on her! Great also to see you in a photo with Hayley - you should never be afraid to be yourself - we're all the same on this forum. That's ...... eeermm? Oh yes! "Hayleywowed" Best wishes Grant

Well Done Dori, pics & written & openness. Reading your very very good report has made me a little nervous now for my own sake. I notice quite a few gifts on that table there & that made me think: If at all then small. ( thats the lyricist in me) Its a shame my wife is not able to come with me (Germany) because now I've got to decide what to wear & what to give & how to say Hi from HWI. (I havn't got a clue on all those counts) And I've read enough from others' experiences to not try to think up momentous or deeply meaningful speeches on the spot. Thanks again Dori (which I thought was short for Doris !!!) Hi Graeme and congratulations on becoming a Maestro. One thing you should not be about meeting Hayley is nervous. She is one of the kindest, gentlest people I know. She will give you that gorgeous smile of hers and say "Hi!" Just treasure the moment Graeme And if you want to give her a little gift, well, she loves dark organic chocolate - just watch her eyes light up when she sees what you've got for her Most of all be yourself and enjoy the moment. and yes, I know I'm off topic Best wishes Grant

Where you there today, Grame? Or are talking about another signing event?? Dori Thanks Dori, sorry, I've corrected my post to add the detail I carelessly left off. I'm notorious for leaving out the most important points. It was CHRISTCHURCH concert signing table Jan. 18 2006 I was talking about. graeme
