Hello everybody!

Several new concerts have just appeared on Hayley's official website. Click on 'Events' then 'Hayley's Tour 2007'.

Here is a summary of the new additions:-

• 3rd and 4th August - Shrewsbury Abbey
  
• 17th August - Beverley Minster
  
• 31st August - Shepherds Bush Empire
  
• 1st September - Dunkeld, with Aberdeen Sinfonietta
  
• 6th September - Breda House, with Glenn Miller Orchestra
  

I'll start threads for these and add them to Hayley's Concerts Schedule 2007.

Edit: I have not added the Breda House concert to the schedule because I don't know where it is. According to Google there's one in Belfast, but I can find no reference to any concerts there.

Shrewsbury, that's the third time [and apparently fourth too]!! They must really love her. We have discussed this before. I believe there are some special connections and doesn't one of the All Angels troupe live that way?

Beverley I believe is a beautiful location. Shepherds Bush excites me as it is obviouly close to me but more particularly is a new experience. It is one of the great London 'classic' locations. Richard, any lowdown, please?

However, Breda House (wherever) with the Glen Miller Orchestra could be all at sea with Hammer Horror--or is this a different band?

Seriously, could she possibly be trying a different style? In any case, it has been most interesting when she has performed with a band rather than an orchestra.

Hello Peter!

Shepherds Bush Empire used to be the BBC TV Theatre, but that's about as 'classic' as it gets. I went to a jazz concert there a couple of years ago, and I wasn't impressed!

Thank you, Richard, for your reply #52. I knew there was a specific reason the Shepherds' Bush Empire stood out in my memory banks and you have provided it. Sounds as though I was wise to grab the RAH option even if Hayley will not be performing. It will be great to meet more HWIers again. In fact, that is almost an adequate compensation for not seeing Hayley--meeting up again with those here who can also manage to be there. However, were Hayley to attend CW at Shepherds' Bush... I suspect I'll book there as well!

Hello Peter!

There should be little doubt about Hayley's presence at the Shepherds Bush Empire on 31st August, but one thing is certain. The other girls from Celtic Woman will NOT be there, unless they're in the audience. It's Hayley's own concert! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

Although I'm not keen on the venue, I'll definitely be going to see Hayley, and Stephany etc.

I'm sure the problem is solved in the meantime - but nevertheless: I just checked it affirmatively with Firefox 2 and WMP 11. The video is played as a link to the video section on the site www.westsidestory2007.com/

I just tried it and got the same thing, well, it wasn't Hayley at any rate!
