Hi there! I used to live in New Zealand but I've been living in Sydney for the past 8 years. Hayley's Pokarekare Ana or the anthem still makes me all nostalgic. She's become my favourite classical singer. Her voice is simply stunning, the clearest I've ever heard. So anyway, I'm really happy to see a whole forum devoted to her.

Hi Nook, Welcome from me too. I live about 100 km South of Sydney & agree with you about Hayley's uniquely beautiful & clear voice. We live on the Southern tip of Lake Illawarra so I'd guess you've been to this area on weekends. We had to go to NZ to attend 3 of Hayley's concerts in February but it was more than worth the effort. Keep posting & explore this site......You'll see that Hayley's a very busy little soul. Graeme

Hello Nook and everybody! Please accept my apologies for the edits. I changed the title of this thread, thinking 'Kia ora' is a foreign phrase, but it turns out to be in the English dictionary. I've now restored the original title, but I'm blaming ProBoards for the confusion! Richard
