I suggested NZ because of it being home to Hayley and by it being summer there now, it seems to me the best option, just as she is being ill for so long now to be just a cold, it seems to be more serious.
Maybe the long plane trip would not be too got to her, maybe she could come to some spa in southern Spain (or Canary Islands), it is just 3 hours away, and there are good doctors too.

I can picture Hayley now, sitting by a warm fireplace, under a blanket, sipping a little bit of tea (maybe wine?), getting better with each passing day.
She's on her computer, reading all of the good wishes being sent her way.
Hayley, here comes another bottle of wine for you. Get your needed rest and forget about everything else. GET WELL SOON AND DON'T BE TO HASTY TO COME BACK. Think about yourself first, for a change!
