Hello everyone
Managed to play this last night. It is an excellent DVD though I have to admit I find the Cape Breton style of fiddle playing a bit repetitive - but excellent non the less.
Hayley's performance of Caccini's Ave Maria was superb and I also particularly enjoyed Bela (pronounced 'Bay-la') Fleck's banjo solo.

Hi Everyone, Natlie MacMaster DVD..... Good news  and Bad news. Good news is it arrived today Bad news is that the case was smashed and squashed at one end.  It must have been at the bottom of a pile of parcels. I hope the DVD will play It was not packed very well, no bubble wrap etc.... I may contact the seller and tell them. Yes Grant mine took the same route ..... Aurora, Colorado via Frankfurt! I will let you know if it plays OK; if not I will definitely contact the seller Graham |

Hi all honorary Cape Bretoners! I'm glad that you enjoyed the DVD Grant! Some of the fiddling medleys are rather long...it's difficult to tell when a song starts and ends. For me, figuring a change in time is the key. Sorry to hear Graham that your DVD have been damaged ...I hope it will play OK for you. I think Comet bought one as well.
