Hi Marianne, When I was younger, my hair was straight and longer. Now it curls quite a lot so I have to cut them unless I want to look like a Jackson Five Stephany Hi Stephany, I would love to see THAT !!! Love your avatar though just as it is !! Can't wait to meet you in person one day !! At a concert ? In PARIS...yeah !! Love, Marianne

Hello everyone - particularly our newer members I noticed that some of you have been exploring the forum for interesting threads; well, here's one for you to have a look at! It's been dormant for a couple of years and it gets sidetracked occasionally :rollin but it's one of the best 'fun' threads we have - enjoy!! Maybe some of our newer members may like to look out a few baby pics to share and yes, before you ask, I did contribute HERE Best wishes Grant

I have managed to burrow sufficiently deeply in the chaos around me to find the photograph I should have posted in the first place. I put it to one side to scan it and now can't remember where that was! It seems to have got reburied. Peter S.

Ahh found another picture of me. I was ten here - this was the first of two times I did the high ropes adventure course that day. The second time I did it my teacher dared me to do the entire thing backwards and I did! <3 Caitlin

Hi Sandy. Thanks for sharing your childhood. You were clearly a very lovely baby. You highlight one of the positive advantages of modern times. We may not have got everything right yet but we are more mature in understanding the disadvantages some people are born with, especially todays children and better able medically to take more effective remedial measures to overcome them. I'm glad you have been able to weather your problems so stoically and appear to have come shining through. Your post reminds me I had posted a way too old photo initially as I did not have any childhood ones to hand. Currently on a major re-assessment of family archives and sort out I have at last discovered a very early one of me at age 2. Peter S.

Hi Sandy, I can understand your excitement at acquiring some early photographs of yourself. For slightly different reasons, I now share your excitement but those reasons will only beome apparent towards the end of this post. Okay, here are a few more of me: Aged... not a lot! Aged... slightly more! Starting to grow up... just to prove I could! Me and Grandpa - I'm the one on the right! Mum, me and the dog! Although the next photo doesn't quite tie in with the thread title, here she is recently, aged 93: Dad was a very keen photographer. Not only did he take the first five of these, he also developed and printed them. Because of his preference to be behind the camera and not in front of it, very few exist in which he appears. I was not sure if I had any of me with him... and so, Sandy, here is my exciting discovery Roger PS. Nice to see you too, Sharon
