finally a car came down the driveway…it was Hayley! First she just sat in the car while her driver was talking to security…but then she came out to talk to us and have some pictures taken. She was really nice!...Time just flew by then and soon it was time for Hayley to come on stage. Wow…she sure can sing! I really loved hearing her songs. The audience was really nice to her and applauded after every song.

Thanks for passing on those great photos of Hayley in Brussels. She seems to be making a big impression with the regular IlDivo fans and it certainly seems to be helping her record sales at the moment. I love the ones of her performance.

First Hayley appeared. She said 'hi' to us while she was sitting in the car. Recognized us from the day before with asking where we were from and to which concerts we went. She said if we could come over to the other side so she could get out of the car for chatting. We talked to her a while. What a sweet girl she is! Hope for her that she had a quiet day today... it would be getting some sleep or go shopping. Hope she could do both today . She was very patient and posed with us for a few pictures...First Hayley ofcourse... she was great again! What a voice for such a young tiny girl! We had bought a big silk orange flower with a card from us. The others where sitting in the middle a few rows in the back so I went over to give it to Hayley when she was finished singing. She loved it.

It was the first time she came to Brussels and she said she probably would do some sightseeing and shopping today before traveling to Germany again for the next concert.
She was really very nice and didn't seem to want to stop chatting to us...she really wasn't in a hurry...security had to ask her at least 3 times before she finally said goodbye to us and went inside.

When she was on stage, you could clearly see she was very pleased with the great reaction she got from the audience...she got a huge applause after every song, and an even bigger applause after her last song. At the end, she even got some flowers from one of the divas from the Netherlands. She has a beautiful voice and I'm really considering buying her album.

The redeye is quite easy to edit out so it doesn't spoil the pic.

I have thanked Lindsay for this and mentioned that I'll post the details on Hayley's forums.

There were quite a few short sharp breaks on sound in this interview, even when I downloaded it - so I may play with it later today to see if I can improve the audio. It may of course be better later on, when the Internet is a bit less busy.
