Hello everyone, LadyNathalie from the Il Divo forum has kindly agreed that I can convert/host/repost her audio clip of Hayley singing the last part of "Amazing Grace" in Rotterdam, and to post that lovely photo of her and Hayley. Many thanks to LadyNathalie and also to Caite for finding them! Amazing Grace (last part, a capella, now a smaller 2 MB .wma audio file). It impressed me how quiet and respectful that huge audience were while Hayley sung - boy did she grab their attention!. Hayley and LadyNathalie at Il Divo, Rotterdam All I can say about the photo is... wow! Dave

Just a thought. What if Hayley had never busked but merely walked up to a bunch of people & chatted.
I've studied the previous (excellent) shots & noticed the little group of admirers gathered around her are all listening to her fascinated.
The girl with the striped top in one of the Brussels shots for example appears in several different stances but always completely absorbed watching Hayley's face & I assume listening as well.
If Hayley is fascinating whether she sings or not what have we here??
Graeme

Graeme A most extraordinary, fully rounded and highly intelligent personality who is just a wonderful amazing person. To meet with her and to find she is giving you a moment of her time just makes you feel on top of the world. Peter

Hi Richard, I have to say that even though I've heard Hayley's Amazing Grace far more times than I can remember, her a capella performance of it in Birmingham (particularly) has stuck in my mind. Not only because of its beauty but because it brought the house down... to silence. I am convinced that 95% of the audience had simply never heard it (or anything!) done like that before - it was simply stunning As you say, It is clear from many reports that Il Divo fans in other places have also found it stunning and I think when you first hear Hayley do that, it tends to take your breath away. It certainly looks like Hayley's a capella Amazing Grace is turning out to be her Il Divo "tour de force". Cheers, Dave

Hello again folks! ...As you say, It is clear from many reports that Il Divo fans in other places have also found it stunning and I think when you first hear Hayley do that, it tends to take your breath away. It certainly looks like Hayley's a Capella Amazing Grace is turning out to be her Il Divo "tour de force". Cheers, Dave Is there an unasked question here? Does she need an orchestra or any other accompaniment at all in the first place? Well, 'yes', she does for variety of programme BUT surely this is indicative that she should look wider to the principle of singing a Capella? If I don't find an existing thread--and I'm sure Roger or Dave or Richard will sort it if I miss a point--I think I'll start 'What else should Hayley sing a Capella?' If only my typing would spell it correctly first! Peter

The second thread has two lovely pictures indeed. The second showing Hayley as a really blossoming lovely young woman. Peter

Hi! Great finds!
I like the third photo posted by Brina. It seems like a picture your good friends would have of you being goofy. =)
