These are good questions, Lothar. At the start of the Il Divo tour, we only knew that Hayley would be opening for Il Divo and not much more. We expected about a half hour slot but we didn't know if there would be a Hayley duet/quintet with Il Divo. Now, thanks to several kind Il Divo fans posting reviews at the Il Divo forum and here, we can say more about it.
Hayley is the first act on stage and she sings for 30 to 40 minutes.
Her song list in Boston was (with thanks to Jim1009) here
1. She Moves Through The Fair.
2. Never Saw Blue.
3. Amazing Grace.
4. The Mummer's Dance.
5. May It Be.
6. Both Sides Now.
7. From A Distance.
8. Pokarekare Ana.
9. You Are Water
These will probably be the songs sung throughout the US leg of the tour but there is no confirmation of this and some reports speak of fewer songs than nine. I assume that some will be changed for the UK and European legs of the tour.
Hayley does not sing anything with il Divo. After her performance at the start, her part in the concert is complete. There is then a half hour interval [EDIT - at least one concert has now had apparently a 10 minute interval, I'll try to find the link] and the rest is Il Divo. There are many detailed reviews, song lists, videos and photos of their performances over at the official Il Divo forum
Hayley did not appear in the tour brochure for the first few concerts but now, she is in it - including photos.
There was no Hayley merchandise (including CDs) for sale at the early concerts but at some concerts - not all - this has now happened.
Hayley wasn't introduced properly in some of the concerts and even now (after Minneapolis) this doesn't always seem to happen.
