Happy, happy new year!!!!!!! la la la...ooohhhhhh...ahhhh....laaaa laaaa  lol that was my new year song to you Can you even believe it is 2008?  Where HAS the time gone??? Do you have any exciting projects for this coming year? I do! I'm going to record and release a very, very special song...with a video to go with it! I am dedicating both projects to the soldiers fighting overseas and to all of the heroes of America. You see, my sister is leaving this January to fight in the war, I wanted to make something really, really special for her ... for all of the troops really. Ya know........It'll be really different around here without my sis...she'll be gone a year!  But anyways...must think happy thoughts no matter what!!!! Thank you sooooo very much for the votes everybody! You guys always manage to keep a smile on my face! I'm lucky to have such amazing friends...lol Ciao! Annnddd....I made it! I guess I'm a bit late to break the news to you here...but hey that's OK!!! Now I can say YAAAAAAYYYY! lol We are in the middle of a huge snowstorm so school was canceled. So now I can spend some time here with you wonderful people:) I had a wonderful time yesterday competing! Whaooo I sang, "Art Is Calling For Me", "If I loved you", and "American Anthem!!! I had this beautiful dress on and ...sorry...shoes. hahahaha. It is a bit cold to go barefoot. Exciting news....they will be posting video clips of the finalists from yesterday's performance on www.mainetoday.com. So keep checking back. I had a chance to chat with audience members afterwards. It was great fun and everybody was wicked supportive...and rather amusing. lol...but that's another story all together. For now all I can say is, thanks everybody for your support. As I embark on the second leg of this competition I'll need some more of your help I'll keep you updated with everything!!! Well, I gotta run!!!! Thanks everybody for everything!!! Ciao!
