Hi Kristyn, You know, there is a little bit of magic in listening to a song knowing that you recorded it just a few hours earlier. It sounds wonderful and thank you so much for sharing it with us. Roger

This is one cracking good song. And sung so well. It's beautiful. And that voice is so rich. Thank you Kristyn, it will take a lot like that to keep me satisfied. Keith.

It's slow! I'm not picking on your voice technique. I'm only saying that I always imagined I could have danced Tonight being much faster and more energetic.

Hi everybody! I'm so glad that you like the song...lol..I had bunches of fun recording it. I'm singing in church today, so I don't have long to write this reply...I have to go eat breakfast and get ready...etc. I know that my version of "I Could Have Danced All Night" is slower than say Becky Taylors for exp. I didn't like singing fast...it cut any room for expresion. Portia, listen to it again, but this time think dreamy...this girl has just had the time of her life and is being told go to bed...is that any better? lol...I thought it more of a dreamy happy song...lol...but then we all look at things differently. But I know what you mean...I've heard it done by everybody upbeat and fast... This is my version...lol. Well, must go eat breakfast...beacuse singing on an empty stomach, for me, is IMPOSSIBLE! Glad you like the song and thanks for the support- Kristyn

This is a song with quite a few ways of interpretation. Three simple ones are:
1) A very tired girl who has had a wonderful evening. She is about to go to bed and her mind is full of the meories of the evening. This is slow and dreamy - exactly as Kristyn has portrayed it.
2) A very tired girl who has had a wonderful evening. She is about to go to bed but, although so tired, she is too excited to sleep. It is sung with the words etched in wonder. This is faster and is very much the way Becky Taylor sings it.
3) A girl who has had a wonderful evening. She is about to go to bed, but is not in the least bit tired, her mind filled with the excitement of the evening. This is faster than the two earlier interpretations. And tends to be bouncier as well.
So, they are all perfectly good interpretations of the same song. And, portia's point is very valid in relation to one or more ways of interpreting it. A much more complex song than first it seems to be.

Hello again Kristyn! I've been known to shake a leg, but at 56 I certainly couldn't dance all night! Never mind, you can be my fair lady any time! Please let us know how your church concert goes this afternoon. Bye for now, Richard

Hi everybody How is everybody today? It is now 9:44 am and I am just spending a little bit of time having fun on the internet I'm also trying to figure out some kind of plan so lots of people on the internet can hear about my CD...It is an important message and I want lots of people to be able to listen to it and perhaps some people will learn some new things with it...that is my hope any way. Right now, it isn't so much about becoming a child star and being rich and famous at the age of 15, I want to spread God's beautifull message. Perhaps startdom and riches will come in the future ...lol... who knows... but I WILL always be singing to the glory of God!!!! No matter how many interviews, TV appearences...etc. that may come in the future....and I'm going to let the world know this...lol But anyway, I'm hoping to get a new video posted on my website for everybody to see. It is the song I sang in church on Sunday, "Jesus Is My Song Of Grace"...I hope you do like ... the song is beatifull!!! Well, I guess that is it for now Big bear hugs all around- Kristyn

Hello again Kristyn! I think at 15 you can be a young adult star, because you can't have a future as a child star at your age. You've certainly got an amazing talent, and I can't wait to see the new video. Good luck with all your projects, and please keep us posted, both here and on your web site. Hugs to you as well, Richard

Hi Richard...lol...good point...hahaha...I wouldn't be a "child star" lol...if I got a record deal right this very sec. I'm guessing some companies might try to make me into one...lol...just for the money reasons...lol...but I'm not letting any company MOLD me into what THEY want me to be :)lol .... I'd loved to be performing around the world soon in my life, not sure how soon... right out of collage the latest...It would be nice to be able to tour around once I'm done High School...but only God knows Right now I'll focus on learning new stuff for voice and go from there...lol!!! Kristyn
