Hello everybody! According to her website, Fiona Pears will be appearing with her band at the Finsbury Circus Gardens bandstand on Monday 7th July 2008, from 12 noon to 2pm. This is part of the City of London Festival, and will almost certainly be a free concert. Finsbury Circus is located between Liverpool Street Station and Moorgate. More information (in due course): www.colf.org/I hope to see some of you there, and I'm sure Fiona does too. Richard

Hi All,
Just to let you know that I hope to attend this concert.
Having enjoyed seeing Fiona in the concert at Liverpool Street Station last June I don't want to miss out on this one.

Hello everyone
Only just over a week to go to Fiona's gig and I'm really looking forward to it.
So far, I think it's just Roger, Richard, Gordon and I that have stated their intention to be there. Anyone else?
Looks like Moorgate is the nearest station.
What time are we meeting? Richard, is their a particular place to meet? doesn't look like a very large area.
I intend to get into London at about 1030.
Best wishes Grant

Hello Grant! I suggest we meet by the bandstand in Finsbury Circus, which is on the Moorgate side of the gardens, at about 11:30am. The concert finishes at 2:00pm, so there'll be plenty of time for refreshments afterwards. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifSee you there, Richard

Hi Fiona fans! Bedlam Management have confirmed that I will be there! I am not sure how early I will be able to depart from here but, if time permits, I may go to somewhere like Cannon Street and then walk through the City to see how they have rearranged it since I worked there. If not, I will go straight to Moorgate. Either way, I hope to be in the Circus by about 11:30. I spoke to Gordon this morning and he also confirmed his intention to be there. So that makes five. Yes, I know only four have been named but there should be five. Trust me! I intend to get into London at about 1030. OMG, that was 978 years ago. I hope you brought a picnic! It wasn't you that started that fire, was it?! Roger

Hello again folks! I should mention that Finsbury Circus is directly off Moorgate about 100 yards south of the station. If you go north to Finsbury Square you'll be disappointed. I bet I can guess who the fifth person will be! One week to go! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifSee you there, Richard
