Just an observation. Stuart, Steve and Grant should be given the photo work for the next new album, Their love of the subject and their professionalism merits at least a go at it..........
What is with all the orange and yellow hues on a lot of the promotional shots for Treasure, most unnatural.......

comet Hi Comet, Perhaps my scanner is to blame? I've heard of the proverbial phrase, "my camera never lies" but nobody said anything about a scanner! Andrew i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

Thanks for doing all the scanning for this Andrew!! My copy also arrived this morning. Why is it that far eastern jewel cases seem to have a bluish hue?
It's a beautifully produced item and as you've seen from the scans, the images of Hayley are absolutely gorgeous.
In case anyone is interested, this is slightly different from the Taiwanese Odyssey, in as much as that was in a box and slightly bigger than the CD, whilst this one is in a card sleeve with the booklet the same size as the CD.
Best wishes Grant

Thank you for posting the scans, Andrew. I will translate and post the translation here. Watch this space, folks. P.S. I find that only the first 2 pages needs translation, as the pages with lyrics are the Chinese version of the lyrics. The words above the translated lyrics are translation of 'Track by Track' which you can find on the official site. For example, A5 Let Me Lie "This is an original song that I co-wrote with Sarah Class, who arranged the music for my first album, Pure. It was a beautiful sunny June day in London. I was staying round at a friend's place and the sun was begging me to go outside so I went and lay down on the grass, which I hadn't done for a while, and I immediately felt at peace. The song describes the connection we have with the earth." 01 Translation of lyrics Raymond

Here comes the translation. The writer is very poetic, so my translation also tries to be poetic. A1 Hayley Treasure Walk out of 'The Great White Tower', Surpass 'Odyssey' *Classic Irish songs - Danny boy + Sonny! *UK Classic Chart No.1 / Pop Chart Top 10! *Create the beautiful legend of Pokarekare ana and Amazing Grace, Sing Maori love song E Pari Ra' perfectly! A2 [Including precious photos and Chinese lyrics] Because we are yearning for Hayley's angelic voice, we search the whole world. Hayley's voice tells us that it is the best treasure. From the last Pure Land - New Zealand, when you enter Hayley's musical world, you can feel that enormous hope, warm and care. After the success of Pure and Odyssey, Hayley's third album Treasure leads us into her deep musical world that she cherishes very much. This album is recorded in Dublin, Ireland. It shows her unbeatable angelic voice. No matter they are graceful Irish songs, romantic classical arias or spring-breeze-liked Maori songs; Hayley sings them with her angelic voice and singing techniques. We will all gasp in admiration. AD 1880, Hayley's grandfather was on the first ship that travelled from Ireland to New Zealand. All the people on the ship arrived in this paradise. Hayley uses this album to memorialize this trip. Coming from a muscial family, Hayley has a musical tradition in her body. Her grandparents' talents help her a lot in her musical life. When Hayley was young, she listened to the English versions of Italian operas. That is why she chooses to sing 'One Fine Day' that is from one of the famous arias of 'Madame Butterfly'. (Just like a geisha who looks at the sea eagerly, waiting for her lover to come). She also dedicates Danny Boy and Sonny (which she also plays the piano) to her grandma. In her first album 'Pure', Pokarekare ana impresses music lovers a lot. This time, Hayley uses her immaculate voice to sing Maori love song 'E Pari Ra'. She also shows her love to her homeland by singing this song. This song will certainly arouse many discussions. She uses her sweet, accurate and powerful voice to sing songs that are beautiful and wonderful. We rarely hear them in the world. Also, this time, Hayley writes her own songs. This shows that Hayley has a long-awaiting potential to write songs, just like Joni Mitchell and Carole King in the early time. They all have the characteristic of modern woman. Of course, singing her own songs is to give us something new. Let me Lie is like a beautiful classical poetry. Summer Rain brightens the sky. Although Hayley is a new songwriter, she already impresses songwriters that have written songs for a long time. Hayley has just turned 20, but her beautiful look is charming. After achieving 3 million sales of her CDs, she is not only the treasure of New Zealand. She is now also the famous star of the United Kingdom, the United States and Japan etc... She has performed with Il Divo and Celtic Woman. She also donates money to the UNICEF to help people. She has beautiful look and beautiful voice, but her heart is much more beautiful. Hayley's beautiful voice is music lover's best-treasured experience. Cheers, Raymond

Hi Raymond, Many thanks for taking the time to translate. It is beautifully written, and the writer appears to have been moved by Hayley, as we all have been. I think it's safe to say, that the writer was undoubtedly "Hayleywowed." What a beautiful description!! Best Wishes, Eric

Thank you so much for the translations Raymond. The words are truly beautiful and very befitting for Hayley and her special gifts.
Whoever wrote these words has certainly been "Hayleywowed" in a very big way.
Best wishes Grant
