Dear Friends, I am currently in the planning stages of a HW Flash website, however I would like some input from her fans to suggest they would like to see on this site, of course I would like to have it affiliated with HWI as much as possible. So if you have any ideas please put them forward and I'll update you all more when I have more to show Many Thanks i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

A flash website is using a universal technology called Flash, created by Macromedia and now owned my Adobe. It is a multimedia presentation tool, however you can use it to create graphically stunning websites with links into databases as well for displaying your information for the site
I hope this give you a better ideas, if not please let me know and I will endeavor to explain in more detail
Many Thanks

You are in the company of one complete thicky, so you are bound to shine and with so much help and sharing we might all end up absolutely brilliant at it--even me! Peter S.

Hi Dean Firstly, a warm welcome to the forum (don't recall already welcoming you !) I've had a look at the flash site you posted a link too. I'm not much up on technology either, but I was very impressed by the graphics and the look/feel of this kind of site. I'm curious though as to the sort content you were thinking of including on your site and how you see it intergrating with HWI and Hayleys official site for example. Perhaps if you could provide a little more info around this, it would be easier for people to make suggestions etc. Very best regards Mark

well I know that HWI has most things covered, but would like to create a flash website that looks something similar to her official site, but with rogers permission make a events page with instantly up-datable content by a database with other stuff like news section which can be included by HWI members, this type of site only requires the database to be updated than edited to change details.
This would saving having to edit the site and adding the details are as easy as add the forum entries

Hi Dean,
This is one of the options we are developing for HWI - although updating permissions would (of course) be restricted in a similar way to the forum.
But we do not wish to use flash for HWI.
Cheers, Dave
