Here's another flip question that only Hayley can answer: "Of all your fans, Hayley, which one do you like the most and why isn't it me?" You ask that sort of question of a lady who is nothing if she is not total diplomacy! Right, that really does give me an idea for contributing to this thread. 'Hayley, when asked a stupid or embarrassing question, by someone you don't want to embarrass, how would you deflect it without being hurtful, seeming to put the person down or seeming dismissive of their question?' Peter S.

Hayley's answers to my questions from the official forum: Jon! Or do you prefer Jonathon?! To be honest, I haven’t watched many episodes of The Simpsons, I’m not a huge cartoon fan, but this show would be my fave cartoon if I had to pick one! It is very funny and quite a classic. My fave character would be Lisa Simpson…who doesn’t like Lisa?! To skip to your other question…my all-time fave programme is Friends…I like to laugh. I would like to try my hand at acting one day…I’m not quite sure which genre, maybe something in the Pride & Prejudice vein, but don’t quote me on that, I’m still undecided! Hayley xxxx Jon_S -whenever I sing, I sing from the heart. I don't overthink emotions, rather let them flow freely whilst focusing on the lyrics of the song. Hayleyxxx She answered many other peoples questions on there to, but she must of lost interest in the thread.

Hi Jon, I'm glad you were able to get many of your questions answered....I'm sure she has just run out of time to answer more. And I agree with Stephany. I know I would at least watch the movie for that simple reason. (Shoot, I'd probably buy it, if I knew she was just a background "fill-in" seated at table 32 in a super crowded cafeteria scene! But that's just me.) Here's another question for Hayley: - if time and money weren't an issue, how would you spend the "perfect day?" Would you busk in a marketplace with your siblings? Would you treat your family to a dinner and night out on the town? Would you spend half of it, sleeping? EDIT: Would you spend at least a few moments with Grant, PLEASE??? Glad to be a part of a "Hayleywowed" community, Eric

Keep it mind just in case there's a chat or something similar happening!! Best wishes, Stephany

Hi Stephany and Eric I too would love to hear Hayley's answer to that question. However, at this point in her career/life I'd put money on the liklihood that she would simply want to be "at home" with family. And Eric, thank you for your generous comment Best wishes Grant

I did ask Hayley if she knew what lucid dreaming was, but she didn't answer that. One of Hayley's past times is sleep! So why spend that time in the land of nod just having a few dreams when you could learn to control them and do anything you want. I used to be able to do this a lot once, but my current state doesn't allow it. You need a clear head but as far as I know Hayley has a clear head, she could have a go at it.

Hi everyone, Here's a few more: Did you ever receive your dictaphone from Santa? -courtesy of Stephany, et. al.What would the perfect guy be like? -I know someone else is thinking it too! Somebody had to ask. Did you realize that are many, many people you have affected through your generous personality and your heart-felt singing? And that there are many young girls that look up to you? -Personally, I think she does recognize her impact, though life in general may often detract from such encouragement... and it helps to be reminded every now and then. Well, that's about it for me, right now...I'm a bit stumped. Anyone else? Cheers, Eric P.S. Grant, I would of course expect a few good words to be said to Hayley about "your buddy, Eric" during this day of questions!

Did you ever receive your dictaphone from Santa? -courtesy of Stephany, et. al. She probably got it; I still can't imagine her singing near the sound entry of her computer. What would the perfect guy be like? -I know someone else is thinking it too! Somebody had to ask. She answered a similar question in May 2003 for "Teen Music". Of course, her opinion may have change since then. What qualities would you look for in a boyfriend?Hayley: First of all, someone who is sensitive but also someone who can make me laugh. Someone who is quick and witty always helps. I guess just someone who is just sensitive and aware of others. Loyal is good too, and good looking. People like to think it is the inside that matters but you do have to find them attractive. Did you realize that are many, many people you have affected through your generous personality and your heart-felt singing? And that there are many young girls that look up to you? That is an excellent question. She certainly has affected a lot of people - me among others. We have the same age but she has achieved so, so much !! She's a great source of inspiration.

What would the perfect guy be like? Then after hearing the answer.... Gosh...what a character! As if he thinks of himself as the only "Hayley-wowed" male member!! (Sorry, guys...not meant that way at all). Just reinforcing the fact that Hayley always knows how to give "perfect" answers...and woo all of our hearts. I think I may ask Hayley one more question... In your own sweet and honest way, how would you tell Eric Mr. Somebody to stuff it?? and to quit asking so many personal questions? DISCLAIMER: The names have been changed (sorta) to protect the young and naive...although similarities may exist between the figurative and the unnamed in that both walk around with their foot in their mouth, all similarities are simply coincidental. Pay no attention to the man behind the drawn line!Definitely no offense meant, Hayley or HWI members, and I certainly don't want to intrude into what little "privacy" Ms. Hayley might enjoy right now. As fans, we have a unique ability to look into every aspect of her life, yet in doing so, she has little privacy or too many thoughts completely to herself. Once I had asked the question, I soon realized this, and felt a bit embarassed. I realize Hayley is used to the celebrity lifestyle; however, I also realize that some things should be left alone. These thoughts and dreams we may hold dear to our heart, and some (with my personality, at least) may choose to not share these in great detail because of this. I'm sure Hayley is used to living a life of full transparency, but I do apologize if I dug too far...twas not my place. Best Regards, Gents and Ladies, Eric (but you can call me "Somebody")

I would probably ask her if she catches herself doing things that she has seen her mom (or dad) doing in the past yet I'd also love to ask her what her voice sounds like to *her* when she hears it played back to her after singing (because when she hears herself normally she is hearing herself through her head when she sings and not like us). Here's another one: What do you like most about your brother and sister (in detail), and what do you think they like most about you!? And finally - I'd ask her if she does what she does for the pure joy of it (I suspect a resounding YES!), and how that feels to her on the inside. There are just too many... I'll stop best, Peter T.
