Hi Folks ! Yesterday I had to drive a 120 mile return journey on my own in the car. I managed to play all of My gift to you, even though it is not Christmas . Then I played all of Pure. It just makes driving such a pleasure. even in tailbacks and heavy traffic the music just removes all the stress and the hassle becomes irrelevant.
I think it may also remove the testosterone element from the driving as well !
anyone else with good Hayley driving experiences ?

I have four CD's in my cars player, they are "Pure" (UK original edition) "Odyssey" (Aus/NZ Edition), "Crystal" and "All Angels". Occassionally I put Classic FM on the radio but mostly it's those CD's. What more do I need?!! Grant

We have a collection of Hayley songs in our car (only plays CD's.) totalling around 80 plus!!! The engine starts and glorious sounds emanate all around the car, and into the neighbourhood while the cardoors are still open!!!! I sure agree with your comments, Comet. We carry constant wide smiles as we travel!!! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifLove Marianne

I don't drive; however, when I am riding in the car for a long period of time I will take my walkman (yes, I haven't got an iPod yet!) along with at least one of the Hayley albums, and maybe a CD of choral music or something. Occasionally I will play her CD on the car radio, and I have "converted" some people to Hayley's music by doing so. I have found that listening to music makes the trip go much faster.

Like Hayley, I am a regular Classicfm fan but I NEVER travel anywhere to include an overnight stop without having at least one Hayley CD in my bag.

Edit: I should have explainaned that my car is an oldie and does not have a CD player, otherwise I might well have answered completely differently!

Hayley cds for a long drive are as essential as a tank full of petrol (to the annoyance of my teenage son who is going through the "Iron Maiden" phase) !! I tend to start a long journey off with "driving" songs (for example, "Born to be Wild") but then switch over to Hayley for pure relaxation for the remainder of the odyssey. Best wishes Martin i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

I'm envious, i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifI myself don't drive... I don't really like it. I do like walking though... (LOL I should, I've been doing it a long time...) I guess it was more freedom than a car could offer ...

Hi Folks ! It's me again, I don't have a cd player in the car yet either. I run an MP3 player (Not a white Fruit related one) through one of those ghastly cassette adapter thingys that move when you hit a bump and change the volume quite alarmingly..
OR I wear a pair of open backed Senheisser Headphones, the reason I mention open backed headphones is because you can still hear what goes on around you in traffic and other noises like when the wheels fall of the car or meteorites hit the roof or other things like that.
I don't recommend sealing the ears with earphones while on the road.

i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif LOL Richard, Yeah, I generally just listen to the radio while I walk. I had a CD player at first when I walked but even with the bounch reductions it still skipped and it went through a lot of batteries... lol I don't always take the well worn paths... And then having to carry all of the CDs to change along the way ( I also don't like listening to the same songs over and over again; Why limit oneself?)... It was a pain... My friends are insistent on purchasing for me an MP3 / I-POD (I've got to meet them in a few hours to decide which one I want)... They sold me on the idea of being able to store other information (ie. saved writing) on it. I just always like the radio... its simple and offers a complete mix of music... LOL I guess it is because I get music and I don't have to think about it... it is a simple pleasure...LOL

Hi Comet, You're right, it can mean Lots of Love if it appears immediately above a signature... but not in this case, LOL! Care to have another guess? Roger
