It now gives me great pleasure to declare Blue Dress #5 the winner... even though I didn't vote for it! Many thanks to everyone who voted. The poll is now closed but the thread remains open. Roger

I have a tie with polka dots, so I think I'll wear it tomorrow night for Hayley! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifRegards, Andrew

Perhaps we can do it again next year when Hayley has a few more dresses for us to enjoy. Sorry the polka dot didn't win, but I agree that Hayley does look absolutely gorgeous in the blue one. Grant

I remain totally unconvinced that the Polka Dot didn't win. Therefore I, Graemek, hereby state that the aforementioned did, in fact, win & declare all votes that were cast proving the contrary to be null & void !! .Graemek i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif

Hooray! Blue is my favourite colour too... i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifUnfortunately, I didn't vote for it either... ( I actually forgot to vote ) Though I still liked the black one the best... I have found that Hayley extrudes more of a regalness and subtle elegance wearing black.

I have acquired a somewhat late vote by proxy. I printed small pictures of all eight dresses and too them with me to Cadogan Hall last night. I asked Hayley which might be her personal favourite. She thought about it for a moment before deciding on #5 - the blue one!! I then asked her which one she would expect to win if I were to hold a poll on this forum. I had predicted several possible answers but she completely floored me by what she said. You see, she knew all about it because she has been looking but didn't like to influence the result by voting herself! Nice one, Hayley! Roger
