Hi all, My favorite Hayley dress was choice 3, the red dress from the Odyssey photo shoot. Stunning! Ah, but Joe, are you looking at JUST the dress or the girl inside it and the pose she has struck? Peter S. Sorry, Peter, I don't quite follow. For the purposes of the poll question, I voted for this dress based on its deep red color and fabric.

Hi All, I love Graeme's pictures of Hayley in her polka dot dress, sitting with The Choirboys! I wonder what little joke she was sharing with them? i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifThat polka dot dress sums up Hayley's personality perfectly I think. Classic, striking and great fun! The polka dots remind me of all the bubbles in Hayley's laughter! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifRegards, Andrew

Andrew I think I've got to agree. Its 100% Hayley. It really suits her.
This little bird (spotted pardalote) also wears polkadots, is gentle but very active & has a loud but pleasant voice.Graemek

Can't help wondering what Hayley will make of this string. She seemed quite amused because Peter and I couldn't agree on the colour of one of her dresses at Gawsworth! I also like the delphinium blue dress that Hayley wore recently on TV and at Gawsworth. I though it was really classy also like the blue one she wore at Newmarket, so why weren't they on the list? I'd probably still have voted polkadot!! Grant Isn't the delphinium blue the special blue someone pointed out in the earlier numbers? Did you not have a photograph of her wearing that, Grant? Isb't it number 5 but possibly looking brighter because of the spotlights on it? I use a laptop these days and moving my screen angle brings that to quite a deep blue. Peter S.

Hi everybody, Just in case you've forgotten here's what she looks like in her Polka Dot dress. That's Hayley 2nd left. Really Graemek, you think we can't tell any girl let alone Hayley from three guys! BUT, look at that dress length. Wonderfully demure, covering her knees. Look at her casual poise on the wall, yet so proper with her legs tucked in. Even in total casualness she is so proper. Not a trend setter perhaps but without doubt an example that stands out in everything she does. Perhaps that could become a trend setter--the retro look of good manners and decorum? It is so instinctive to her and yet rather than being stilted she makes good poise seem so natural. Her legs are long, short though she is, I remember thinking of this when she was only six feet or so from me at Llandudno. Is it possible she actually is growing taller? Peter S.

It was a slight tease and leg pull, Joe. It was a specifically good pose as opposed to 'simply a photo of Hayley in a dress' but looking at it again, there are subtleties within the panelling that may be I'm wrong in dismissing it too lightly! Perhaps you saw more at first sight than I originally noticed.

Hi All, Hayley has so many beautiful dresses so it's very difficult to choose a favourite one. I guess the choice of Hayley's dress will largely depend on whether she is performing at a formal or an informal event. Whilst most of the dresses listed in Roger's poll could be worn by Hayley on any occasion, one might argue that the polka dot dress would more appropriate for more informal events like 'Toast NZ', since the dress has a less formal appearance. One of my favourite Hayley dresses is shown below, where Hayley is pictured with Maestro Yuri Sinonov and the Moscow Philharmonic.I also really love Hayley's silver cuff bangle- I think this really suits her. It is a simple piece of jewellery and yet makes a confident statement. It looks great with the stripes/ bands on Hayley's dress here, I think you will agree. I first noticed Hayley wearing this beautiful silver cuff bangle with one or two of the dresses which she wore during the 'Pure' / Winter 'Pure' Tour and I've seen her wearing it in many subsequent photos. I think this must be one of her favourite pieces of jewellery. I'd love to ask her if there's a story behind it. Perhaps she received it as a gift from a friend in New Zealand? Regards, Andrew

Andrew are the ties on their way for the 23rd and shall we see Hayley in matching kilt and plaid?

Hi Drew, I hope that this is not your idea of "logic" mentioning kilts in a thread where we are supposed to be talking about dresses? Who said I was paranoid? I'll post up some more details about the ties in the appropriate thread. Which one would that be? Red, White, Royal Blue, Navy or Black? We need to tie the loose ends together here and try to get this thread back on topic though, before Richard returns to perform another Cadogan Ropetrick! Exit stage left... Andrew

Hi Steve.
How very interresting! I like the delphinium blue in the lighter blue design. Although that lighter blue is indeed a pleasing colour. What do others think? Peter S.

That is a lovely photograph as well as a lovely dress and I entirely agree with you regarding the bangle which I have never noticed before. I guess it is probably solid silver. As usual with Hayey it has all the hallmark of the quality girl she is.

Good morning, Peter ! Yes indeed, that is a gorgeous dress. It's a beautiful coral color. Look how it catches the light. Thanks Andrew ! That silver bangle must have a story behind it. Right, it's off to bed for me!, Have a great day all! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifJoe
