Hi Graeme, Looks like Hayley had a lot of fun in those photos! I particularly love the one where she looks surprised to see her face on a framed poster! :rollin I wonder if she knows that the girl in the very bottom right hand photo has been rumaging through her wardrobe? lol She's wearing Hayley's dress!

Hi Graeme, Here's the dress Hayley wore at Belfast on 27 April 2008. It's the same dress minus the belt! lol And as for taking pictures in the loos... well I'm sure you know that for some reason all girls go to the ladies in groups -- well, when you get in there, there's a big mirror just begging for a photo to be taken in!

That's the difference between you & I Jillian. You're smart. I was wondering about the high flash on the pic but the "taken thru mirror" hadn't occurred to me....duh. And yes I've gotta concede the dress has obviously been lent to Hayley's friend. Well done Hayley !!! Graeme PS You should have been a lawyer !!!

Those are cute photos, but how did you find them on Facebook? She never posts anything on facebook anymore, that I can see. And I'm assuming the Twitter ones are in her Twitter album, but she didn't "tweet" them? Well, Sophie's often seen wearing Hayley's old clothes; sisters and friends like to share clothes sometimes.

Hi everyone, As much as these photos were obviously available to those who searches her name up on Facebook, these are Hayley's private photos. They have recently changed the privacy settings on Facebook, and that included who can and cannot see your profile photos. Hayley may not realize this yet. No one could ever access Hayley's profile photos before (except the only one that was current), so I think scanning through them, copying and pasting them here is a breach of her privacy. We should especially be concerned about the other occupants in these photos, who may have a major issue with their photos being posted on the internet without their consent. Being on Facebook is one thing - and yes, you might argue that anyone can copy and paste a photo from Facebook - but we are meant to be courteous and respect her privacy. This is what HWI is actually about - just like protecting the identity of her boyfriend. Posting this photos is far from respecting this, and I am SURE that Hayley wouldn't be happy about it. I know I certainly wouldn't if it were me. I am hoping the moderators will delete these photos in due time. At the meantime, please do not post anymore, if more show up on Facebook. Remember; our job is to protect her privacy, not breach it. Dori

Hi Graeme,
Since the link you provided to Hayley's profile photo page prompts me to first join her Facebook site, the photos you posted will have to be taken down. Sorry.
Hayley has 68 photos for the public to view.
Best wishes, Joe

Hayley has 68 photos for the public to view. Best wishes, Joe Hi Dori & Jo, The group is the Hayley Westenra Official Group. It's open entry & doesn't penetrate beyond a level that she determines. eg she's never clicked "add friend" for me or any others she's not happy to have "close" to her. I believe you're over reacting. The pics are all of the fun & friendship type. They're no more sinister than my current banner you see below and she actually orchestrated the pics. Why don't you ask her if she minds? I'm sure she doesn't. Graeme PS Joe : Hayley posted (& mostly took) every one of those pics herself...doesn't that say something? The 68 are posted by outsiders (us).

Hi Graeme,
In this regard I'm afraid I disagree with you. If these photos were from her Official fan page, that's a totally different story. But the truth of the matter is that they are from her personal Facebook page, and I'm sorry, but posting it here is an invasion of her privacy.
Furthermore, as I explained, we do not know how other people in the photos would react to their pictures being posted, and discusses, on a fan forum.
We have to be considerate of Hayley's feelings and privacy.
I hope this helps!

Twitter is even more open than facebook....that's why facebook changed their policy I thought. To compete. Graeme

Hi Graeme, Perhaps that is why they changed their policy, and we have to assume at this stage that Hayley doesn't know that yet. That's why it's up to us to try and keep information, which Hayley didn't consent to being made public in the past, private. Of course I know you're considerate of Hayley's feelings. I have no doubt about that! I just think she doesn't know that all of her photos have been made public by Facebook, and perhaps she will change that in due course. Dori

Hello Graeme and everybody.
I agree that posting Hayley's photographs on our forum without her permission was an invasion of her privacy, so I'm glad they have been removed. It should be OK to post any pictures that she tweets publicly.

Where was my crime when the pics were taken by Hayley, were easily found & were actually posted by Hayley for public viewing by facebook users? It is true that Hayley seems to have found that twitter suits her better. But she's made no attempt to delete those (totally harmless) & totally accessible pics. I really find this a non issue but as you can see.....the pics have gone. But needlessly. Graeme

Hi Graeme,
I did enjoy seeing the pictures while they were here. It shows a side of Hayley that we don't often see and it eases one of my concerns. Hayley works so hard at her profession and her charity work that I fear she doesn't take time to be a normal young person. I'm glad to see that she can hang out with her "buds" and have a good time. Our daughter is about Hayley's age and I often see similar antics from her and her friends. Very refreshing.
Thanks,
Bill
