Regional is certainly more practical but is inclined to defeat the point. I accept it will be impossible for everyone who would like to attend to actually do so but, if we can get something going, it would be really nice for those who can make it.

Well, as for me and I think for Lothar as well, if ever such an event takes place, count us in. And the U.K. is definitely not a prob for us ... Holger

Hi all, It would be GRAND if all of us could meet. Think of all of the Kilometers we'd have to travel. Some of you living near Highgate might take the A1000 motorway. We'd have to find a THOUSAND seats to accomodate all of us, plus our families and friends. It would be the event of the MILLENNIUM. It's nearly 10.00 PM. I'm celebrating my 1,000th post. thanks Keith. Joe

If you hold that thought for 3 more years, I'll get to come! (to the UK) (as my graduating present)
But no seriously, I think this is a great but difficult idea. It's never easy 'transfering' so many people internationally to one location at the same time. All the cost, time etc. But if we plan something in advance and maybe we can all start saving up for it!
Love, Jenny

Hi! Everyone, inspite of the location of the fans gathering, would there be any video shooting? Since all the places suggested seems to be so far from Hong Kong, it's impossible for me (who is just a poor student ...) to join with you. It's appreaciate that one of you can shoot this unforgettable event out for those whose situation just like mine.

Hi Coddy and everyone.
First. welcome! I hope you find the empathy you are hoping for in the camerarderie of Hayley fans.
Being internationl we are all the furthest possible distance from someone else, as well as being closer to others!
I think you can be reassured that what ever event happens where ever, someone will be there recording the event and someone will give all the help necessary to ensure it is loaded on the site.
As for being a 'poor student', one doesn't have to be a student to be feeling poor! But it is great to welcome another young person on board.
We look forward to your future posts.
Peter

Unquestionably it would be a great event and with Hayley now having bought a flat in London... and the need to plan ahead, although our planning ahead would probably have to be longer term than Hayley's plans seem to envisage... There certainly is no harm in trying.

We'll see, if I have enough notice I should be able to make it, even if it does mean a trip to the UK. Longleat House is great for doing events like this, if we could get it for the weekend.
And I'm sure Hayley herself would come through, even if she might not spend a ton of time there. Hopefully we could get Holly and Pzazz and Sarah Williams to all sing, though, and if Natasha and Crystal were there I'm sure they'd oblige us. Truth be told an event like this could easily be made very profitable if it were publicized right, but I don't think any of us are looking for fees.

Hi fusilier23 Great post, I would love to see Crystal and Natasha there too, I am sure those thinking of organising this grand event go grayer with each post, the list of requests from us is growing, but I am sure they will rise to the occasion, perhaps we can get a special guest singing performance by the latest addition to our favorite artists a guy called Roger something? No doubt he would be welcome too, as he also comes from the "easy listening" sphere. We could actually use some male vocalists to balance out all these ethereal female voices.

I will fly to the UK for it!!!! But I will have to look for the money to. It is unfortunate that money don't fall from the sky. Besides, UK is where I would love to travel to, and also for the Red Devils. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif Yong Le

What I was thinking about is a gathering of Hayley fans, though I'm not sure where, London seems likely. It would probably span three days. At this gathering we would have the opportunity to learn the lingo of the Kiwis, and the native language and dance of the Maori people. We could also learn about New Zealand, take virtual tours (maybe even of Christchurch with Hayley as a guide?), have karaoke contests, CD cover art design contests, and plenty of time to bond as Hayley fans. I have also imagined a Q and A session with Hayley, and a possible performance...with guest stars Sophie and Issac? Any thoughts? Think this might be conceivable someday? <3 Caite Hi Caite, I just discovered this thread and I really like your idea. The concept in itself is very interesting and I'm sure everyone from HWI would love to participate but the distance (and cost!) will clearly be a limit for many members. Stephany

This is a great idea and something I've been thinking about for ages! For it to be worthwhile for those able to travel long distances, Hayley's participation, for at least some of the time would be essential and even better if it could include Gerald, Jill, Sophie and Isaac too!! For what it's worth, I could provide a venue up here in the Midlands; it's not the Ritz but it would reduce costs a little bit and it does have a stage! I also have access to a superb caterer. Do any of you own a private jet? That would make things a bit easier. Best wishes Grant
