Regarding the German "Amazing Grace" are you sure this is an actual CD or could it be artwork for the itunes download? I have never seen this before!
I suppose it could just be the artwork for the iTunes download, but it does say "Amazing Grace" on it. I found it while browsing the German iTunes store.
