An exciting video posted this evening; I'm not sure, but I think I heard snatches of at least 4 new songs, including Symphony. The first one at the beginning sounded really, really good! Well, they all did, but I think that one sounded the best to me. New music for 2018 is looking good. Mostly. That explains why I didn't know some of the song clips that were played. Thought they were one-off or soundtrack songs. The first and last song was impressive! Love videos like this! Gets you so pumped looking at the different clips, and listening to the clips of songs. Looking forward to the album!

Josh is going to be in London, Manchester, and Dublin in December! It's his "Bridges" tour, and his album is supposed to be out in the fall (I would guess November, which is when most of his albums have been released), so.... I've been guessing that his album will be called Bridges, and maybe BOTW will be on it (he's performed it before). http://www.instagram.com/p/BjXpnb2gVoq Sue, you think you might go to one of the England ones?

Marty Whelan of RTE LyricFM fame had a competition for two tickets yesterday and today for Josh's concert in Dublin.
I entered, I did not win... ah well.
Maybe Josh could bring Hayley along for a few duets. I'd buy a ticket to see that.

Looking forward to Josh's new album! We are truly spoiled by the amount of content he releases. I would have liked to have seen him on Broadway (but New York is much too far to go!). I think with Josh diversifying into stage work, he will probably be performing forever.

I'm already going to England in summer, though, I don't think I could do another big trip like that in the same year, much as I'd like to. LOL We all know that won't happen anyway. I'd love for them to duet, anywhere, but I think the time for that has passed, if there ever was a time for it. We're lucky if anyone outside of Taiwan ever sees her perform again.

They've started advertising Proms in the Park on Radio 2 now so if you're in the UK for August Libby perhaps you may wish to extend your stay till September 8th ? www.bbc.co.uk/events/erj5q9I'll be away that weekend but I'll be watching on the TV in my hotel room !!

I can't, everything's all booked, and I already put in the request for extended time off at work. Oh, also, Labor Day is a "black out" for requesting time off, so I definitely can't ask for that off, as well. Can't go back now, and 2 weeks is already waaaaayyy longer than I'd ever thought of being away from home, so, not happening. I mean, I can see Josh in my home state every time he puts out an album, so I don't see the need to go to that much trouble.

Sue, I'm so glad you'll get to see Josh in concert! I wonder if he'd sing some Christmas songs, since it's in December? He has never performed any outside of TV performances, that I know of.

New single!! It's amazing, I love it!! It's the one I liked in that promo video from a few weeks ago! He's doing different things (subtle, but different) with his voice than he used to, and it sounds amazing! The falsetto is exceptional in this one (as opposed to Love Only Knows, that wasn't so great). http://www.instagram.com/p/Bjv_-2xAMVk

Thank you for the post! Yes, the new single is fab!! <3 Need it right now. Trying to wait for the album instead of paying iTunes $1.29 for these singles, and then pay like $15.00 for the album when it comes out. Beautiful song. Makes me realize Josh does a lot of contemporary inspirational songs. I can think of "You Are Loved"; "Smile"; "You Raise Me Up"; "Brave"; "Hidden Away" are a few off the top of my head. Making it harder not to get a ticket to his upcoming show. Just checking, if I go, can I post my pictures or any other tidbits here? Just asking cause the show I would go to is Atlanta (or Nashville if ATL is sold out) and it's the opening of the tour.

Sue, I'm so glad you'll get to see Josh in concert! I wonder if he'd sing some Christmas songs, since it's in December? He has never performed any outside of TV performances, that I know of. I wonder if he will too Libby. I think he will as it's very close to Christmas- I'm certainly hoping so! Oh my gosh I love his new single. I heard it on the radio this morning as I was driving my sister to get her exam results. Amazingly I remembered to put my hearing aids in so I could hear it properly (I can drive without them, in a lot of ways I prefer to drive without as I feel I'm less likely to be distracted, but I can't hear the radio unless it's very loud without them but that feels dangerous, and my sister would never get in my car if I did that LOL.) It was very good timing actually as she was so nervous about them. After we listened to the song she said she really liked it and it made her feel more determined after a difficult year at university, and made her feel better about going to get the results. I think she might consider herself a fan now which is great too! Before she said she would listen to him, she likes his version of You Raise Me Up and some Christmas songs, but also said he wasn't anything special (I very nearly disowned her after she said that once LOL.) I'm so pleased to say she's done well in her exams too. I love that he does quite a few positive songs, my favourites are You are Loved and You Raise Me Up, I think I'll add this new one to the list . I caved in and downloaded the song, I don't like to download that many as I prefer to have a whole album but I decided I really want to listen to it when I'm out and can't have access to WiFi to listen to it on YouTube or something. I'm looking forward to his album even more now. I'm also looking forward to him performing this song live, hopefully at the concert in December. I would think it would be one of the ones he would really want to perform to promote his new album.

Yes, this will probably be the big inspirational hit off the album. Most of his albums have had them, right? Hidden Away was one of my favorites from Illuminations, in fact the first song that I heard from it, and I was very disappointed when he didn't sing on the tour! He sang all the other good ones like Higher Window, but not that. I'm still not over it. LOL jk sort of.
