Here in the states, out west, we are breaking temperature records. 120 degrees F and warmer! A couple of years ago, I was in Laughlin Nevada. when it reached 119 degrees F. Very little humidity, but scorching heat!

I used to live in Mississippi....how has it been there? I remember a couple of years ago (pre Katrina) we had 104 degrees with 100 percent humidity!!! I like the Canadian weather better so far!!
