Hi everyone and thanks for the lovely messages.
I believe they brought me luck because my first day of exams went very well.

Mark, my revision time was last week - I was at home in Paris studying, and that's also the reason I had so much time to browse HWI because I had constantly a computer near me so the temptation to click was really too strong.
Anyway, it will already be over tomorrow evening as I have more or less four or five 2 hours-exam a day. Summer holidays are coming quickly so I'm not complaining.

Over the past few days, I have been discussing Stephany's remarkable contribution to HWI with my fellow managers. As you know, she has sourced and posted many reports from the media that the rest of us were never likely to see.

Because of her high involvement and commitment to HWI, we felt it would be beneficial to everyone if we gave her the necessary powers to enable her to be involved at a slightly higher level. Accordingly, I have offered her the position of Moderator of the 'Hayley in the Media' board which, I am delighted to say, Stephany has graciously accepted.

It's an absolute privilege to be a moderator on the "Media board" and I am well aware of my new "responsibilities".
Thank you so so so much to Roger and his management team for their trust. I am delighted by this promotion although I don't really know if I can add something more to the forum as the HWI team is already making an EXCELLENT job.
