Hi Peter, Well spotted, sir! It seems this particular track has appeared for a second time in little more than three weeks. That does seem rather quick. I have no idea if this is a common occurrence or not. I shall have to pay more attention to Richard's posts in future! Roger

Hello Roger and Peter! I think Classic FM pick the pieces for the voting list on a random basis. Two or three months ago I noticed the same work was in the list twice on the same day, and if I remember correctly it was Elgar's 'Salut d'Amour'. Sadly I forgot to check the chart to see if it got in twice! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBest Wishes, Richard

Thanks for your thoughts, Richard. I wonder if the choice may even be computer generated from a shortlist of, say, 200. Roger

Hello again everybody! Classic FM haven't put up the Most Wanted chart today, but looking at the playlist it would appear that All Angels were at No.4 with 'Steal Away', which is another fine result! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifCongratulations again to Charlotte, Daisy, Laura and Melanie, and thanks to everybody who voted for them! Edit: The position is now confirmed on Classic FM's website. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifRichard

At least it's getting played. The more air time the more ...! Well done for keeping us alerted, Richard. I'm sure we help push the numbers.

Well, according to Classicfm's Saturday chart, they've slipped one. But this has happened before with Hayley when there has been massive promotion of something else and once more it is Classicfm's own product--Classic 2007 Album.
Very tough competition due to money being poured behind it. Don't feel disheartened, girls, you are doing very well indeed!

I'm sure we help push the numbers. Peter S. Hi Peter, I would like to think we help a bit. I would love to know the total number of votes that are submitted on any given day. I imagine it is not that huge. In that case, if we can generate even a small number of additional votes by posting the link to several forums (as Richard does), it really could make a difference to the outcome. Roger

Hello again Peter! Thank you for your kind words. I must point out that the 'Most Wanted' chart is a daily chart (Monday to Friday) for the most popular single works from a selected list, and should not be confused with the weekly 'Album' chart announced every Saturday. Best Wishes, Richard

Well done Richard ! Your hard work was recognised on Saturday's chart show when Mark Forrest paid tribute to the All Angels fans who mounted a campaign to get "Steal Away" into the Most Wanted chart.

Hi Jeff, Thanks for mentioning that, which I didn't hear at the time. Fortunately, I always try to record the chart show so I have extracted the last 30 seconds of "Steal Away" and Mark Forrest's comments which, while they didn't mention Richard by name, clearly referred to his campaign and they were impressed! So well done Richard, you get a lot more people responding to your Most Wanted posts than you may have realised... and you never know who is watching! I shall repost the gist of this in the two All Angels forums but in the meantime... here is the clip! Cheers, Dave

Hello Jeff and Dave! Oh my gosh! Mark Forrest didn't say which All Angels website they looked at, but perhaps it was both the official site and AAI. I just hope Classic FM will continue to support the girls! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifBest Wishes, Richard

After he'd played "Odyssey" Mark Forrest also mentioned that Hayley had phoned up to tell him when "Treasure" was to be released. So you see Richard, the chart show is listened to by all the right people !
