Hi,
Actually I am thinking of buying the poster, I find that the shipping and handling is 3GBP, no matter which country I select. So they don't charge more when it is more distance? It is the same? Also, the interesting thing is that I also try to add Hayley's biography in the shopping cart, and now I have two products in it, it tells me that s&h is 7GBP. I find that if I only buy the book, the s&h is 4 GBP, so no matter how many products you want to buy, the s&h doesn't reduce? Or maybe they send out the product seperately?

Hi Raymond, I don't know how the shipping and handling prices are determined. It may be two or three basic levels which cover their own costs because they cannot know the exact cost of shipping any particular order until they come to send it. Multiple items have definitely been shipped separately in the past but that may depend on the individual items and whether they can be packaged together without increasing the risk of damage. For example, a poster would probably come in a tube but a concert programme would come in a flat envelope. They wouldn't travel together too well! Roger

Thank you Roger. I am considering my order. I think if the s&h is the same, I may try to order one product first. The credit card company also need to charge me some fee (1.25% the total amount) because I need to pay in pounds. So the total amount is about 11.25 pounds. it is a little bit expensive, considering the total amount can buy two Hayley CDs in Hong Kong.
Cheers, Raymond

For anyone thinking of getting a WITA poster, I can recommend it; it is gorgeous and I agree, it will probably be the next item to sell out!
I ordered my poster with a Pure Tour programme which has already sold out.
Incidentally, both my items came in a largish diameter tube. I was concerned at first, but placed under a heavy book for a couple of days the programme flattened nicely.
Also, I think I posted about it at the time, but we came to the conclusion that Gerald Westenra had filled out and signed the address label!

I'm not too much of a collectioner - because it's way too expensive for a student like me. Maybe when I get older and earn my own money...! Funny that I said this. I just ordered the WITA poster + Odyssey tour programme at Hayley's store. *Sigh*

They're bound to sell out soon. As we've mentioned about Hayley's Store; check the packaging and post mark - several orders at least have been handled by Hayley's dad Gerald. Best wishes Grant

Absolutely, Graeme. Seeing the poster in your house is what convinced me to buy it i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifGrant, I'll watch closely the name on the package to see if it was handled by Hayley's dad. I checked on my Paypal account, it is written : "Payment to : Gerald Westenra (email : sales@hayleystore.com). 30 May 2007. £18".
