Kimberly, Thanks for the link to "You Are Water." I listened to it, and I thought that it was somewhat interesting. But, sorry... this particular song just doesn't "do it" for me. I would truly much RATHER have Bachianas Brasileiras (Aria) on the North American CD than "You Are Water." Because of that... I shall be ordering not only the American CD, but also the UK version, as well. Actually, if the UK version were to have "I Say Grace" and "My Heart Belongs To You" on it (which it sadly doesn't), then I wouldn't be ordering the American version of the CD at all. I did some comparative track list analysis, and I discovered that (WITHOUT counting the Mummer's Dance on the Japanese version) Hayley's various versions of ODYSSEY -- International, UK, and USA -- total 19 unique tracks of music in all. Now, the UK version has 16 of those 19 tracks on it, and is missing 3 tracks which can be found on the USA version. Of the 16 tracks on the UK version, 9 of them appear on the USA version as well. Meanwhile, the USA version has 12 tracks on it, but it is missing 7 tracks which appear on the UK version. Of the 12 tracks found on the USA version, 9 of them are shared in common with the UK version. So, essentially, I am planning to purchase the USA version only to acquire the 3 tracks which the UK version lacks. My analysis concludes that (for me) it is **NOT** necessary to obtain the International version of ODYSSEY, because of all the 12 tracks which are found on the Australia/NZ album, 9 of them can likewise be found on BOTH the UK version and the USA version, another one of them (Aria) can also be found on the UK version, while 2 more of them can be found on the USA version. So, it seems, between the UK and USA albums, all 12 of the songs appearing on the International album are covered. I would likewise counsel British fans to purchase the CD from the UK, and to supplement it with the North American CD -- rather than with the International CD -- because, the two songs missing from the UK version are readily found on the American version, PLUS you get the additonal US track of "You Are Water" (which doesn't appear on any other edition of ODYSSEY.)

I was thinking that I sould of waited to get the cd but I could not wait so I got the international one.
But some of the songs on the Uk one I have on other cds of hers. so I am getting the Uk cd for like 4 songs or 3 songs. ' But I hope her 3rd cd has one tracklist I do not understand why have different ones.

I like the folk like stuff and and eathy like stuff she does but i also like like the classical stuff. But I like songs that have meaning I am happy the US cd has my heart belongs to you and I say grace and I hear I say grace I like it more and I feel that it has a nice meaning to it . I think you are water could be a meaning fill song.

Nice to hear from you, Susan. I hope you are doing well! All of these different tracklists are confusing, aren't they? I have the int'l version only because I couldn't wait to listen to the new cd. I'm very pleased with the US version's tracks. The song "You Are Water" should prove to be quite popular.

According to my press release, the USA / Canada tracklisting is as follows: 1. Prayer 2. Both Sides Now 3. Never Saw Blue 4. Dell' Amore Non Si Sa 5. What You Never Know 6. May It Be 7. Water 8. She Moves Through The Fair 9. Quanta Qualia 10. My Heart Belongs To You 11. Ave Maria 12. I Say Grace This track order differs from the one Kimberly found. Joe

Thanks Kimberly, can't wait to Hayley sing "Water". The sample on the website sounds interesting, hopefully Hayley will be on Oprah soon! Too bad they dropped the Aria track

Hi everyone;
Oprah's studio, I believe, is in Chicago, and Hayley had a concert in Chicago in February. Is there any chance that she could have appeared on the show while she was there? They probably don't air the program until some time after it was taped, so it's still a possibility.

Hi Oksana, I am almost certain I heard Hayley would be doing something in Chicago on the day of the concert but I never heard what it was. It got the impression it might have been a radio interview but it could have been television. I don't recall where I saw it now but the details were so vague that I didn't take much notice. Sorry. Roger Hi Roger! I believe you saw it in today's newsletter from Hayley: "...including a marathon trip from Detroit to Chicago where our flight (directly after the show) was 'postponed' until 9am or something due to harsh weather conditions and with a TV performance the following morning in Chicago, we had no other choice but to drive through the night...and the blizzard...arriving in time to squeeze in 3hrs sleep before my TV appearance and then leaving me a couple of hours to rest (I can't sleep during the day) before the show! Whew. But we got through it!"I certainly hope that was Oprah! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifOksana

Hi Oksana,
Since the Detroit concert was on Feb 16, I think it was the WGN News (May I Be) performance on Feb 17.

Hi Roger! I believe you saw it in today's newsletter from Hayley: Oksana Hi Oksana, Well, yes I did. But I saw something mentioned about a Chicago appearance (other than the concert) several weeks ago. That remains a mystery. Roger

Hello everyone, especially US members! I have just been browsing iTunes (US) which you can do from any version of iTunes - though you must be in the US to actually buy anything. I noticed something from 2005 that surprised me and I haven't seen it mentioned before. In December 2005, an iTunes exclusive EP was released for download at a price of $2.99 and it contained some of the "missing" tracks that had appeared on the original UK version of Odyssey. The tracks are: Mary, Did You Know? (Orchestral Version) Laudate Dominum O Mio Babbino Caro Dido's Lament ("When I Am Laid In Earth").If these are the tracks you most missed when the US version of Odyssey was released, now you know the cheapest way to acquire them! I cannot believe that it's taken me (and everyone?) so long to notice this! Cheers, Dave

I just ordered a copy of this US Odyssey version. So far, I only had the "UK Odyssey - Extra Tracks New Edition" but I really missed "Never Saw Blue" so I decided to buy this one too. I'm not really used to buying two similar albums (I have all the tracks except "You are Water") but hey, it's Hayley, so for that reason only, I think it's a good purchase. Worth it !
