Hi all,
I'm back in circulation after a pleasant week in the motorhome near to a cettain Enlish town that just happens to be twinned with Hayley's home town. I wonder if I can arrange to be elected onto the town council!!! I doubt that I can get there as early as 2pm (but you never know), but 5pm should be no problem. If someone can sketch out a rough idea of your movements, I will try to catch up with you at whatever time I arrive. I'm looking forward to it!

Hi Steve, Im afraid a backstage meeting is strictly off limits, however Hayley did say she was prepared to do a meet and greet so if you make yourself known to the HWI members i will try and pop out into the foyer before the concert starts and if your identified to me i will see what i can do in regards to you perhaps getting a little longer with Hayley at the meet and greet table or perhaps jumping the queue but im afraid theres nothing i can do in regards to backstage, im afraid that has to be performers only for obvious reasons. Grant there is indeed a coffee shop in the foyer of the hall, its pretty nice, if you happen to go there during the day i might bump into you, as ill be at the hall from 2:30ish making sure everythings ready. Any more questions let me know, ill try and check on here daily between now and saturday.
Danny

As Roger said i would like to point out that althogh The Sentinel article, in its horrifyingly bad research, stated that the cocnert is part of the tour, it isnt infact the case. This is a special concert to raise money for UNICEF and COPA and all merchandise bought, programmes, and money put in the donation buckets after the cocnert will go straight to them, so please give generously.

Hi Everyone, I expect we will be there at about 4-30pm. We cannot register in our Hotel until 3-00pm. Then after we have unpacked we have to find and get to the venue. As Martin said earlier a rough plan of where the 'early arrivals' are likely to be would be useful i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifLooking forward to it ! Graham and Morag

Danny, I fully appreciate that backstage has to be for performers only. Security and privacy are certainly paramount these days, and nobody would argue with that. I am very grateful for your kind offer to try and do whatever you can for me at the meet and greet. May I send some kind of private message through the forum with my personal e-mail address and get in touch with you through that. If helpful, I could send photos of myself and the friend I am attending withto help you identify me. Very much looking forward to the evening! Steve

Hi Grant & everyone
I am definately up for a meal at the italian later on and would hope to be there to meet you at 2pm. Perhaps we could go for a drink in the Victoria halls coffee shop during the afternoon and perhaps meet up with Danny as well. I was hoping to park in the carpark opposite the halls too. Looking forward to seeing you all.
Best wishes Mark

Hi Graham
If everyone else is in agreement, I think we should probably aim to eat about 5pm. Prior to that, I think we will be in or near Victoria Hall. If not outside, then in the coffee bar.
I would like to see as many of our group as possible join in the pre concert dinner - that's what we're all about after all.
As Danny says, keep checking in to see if there are any changes. Not long now!
Best wishes Grant

See you there Regards Mark.

Hi all!
To meet at 2pm and having dinner at 5pm sounds good to me. So I can even check in before which is not possible before 4pm.

Hi Grant. Your 178 and somewhere earlier. I have not yet sorted out my hotel, or in fact exactly what I am doing this weekend. It's very open depending upon mood weather etc. I've decided to drive up and mooch about. There and on way up and/or way down. I'm slightly confused regarding Italian Bar and coffee shop but I am certainly aiming to be in the general area early enough to get myself properly located for being found or for finding. This is something perhaps we don't think of enough because of the awkwardness of theatre timings and locations not diverse enough in food locations and food available timings. Getting excited. Peter S.
