Thanks for the speedy report, Ross! Surely the concert would only have finished a couple of hours ago. I'm pleased you all had a wonderful time with Hayley, and now I can't wait to see the photographs. Best wishes from freezing London, Richard

Thanks very much Ross for your excellent and very swift report. At first, it seemed as though you were describing events before they happened (even allowing for the time difference). I then remembered this was an afternoon performance! Glad to know you all had a good time and I hope we get to hear 'Down To The River' here in the UK sometime. Roger

Hi Ross
Thank you for your excellent report. You enthusiasm and excitement at seeing Hayley perform came through brilliantly and I could really feel the atmosphere of the concert.
Great that Hayley did a few unusual things for you and particularly that you got 'Sonny' - I think Hayley is much more confident about performing it now and I hope that she writes a few of her own that she can play along to.
Your gift idea of an 'All Blacks' teddy bear sounds perfect for Hayley and the kiwi rugby player in your book sounds fantastic. I look forward to seeing what it looks like and to see some photo's.
Best wishes Grant

Hi Ross Thanks for the speedy report and as expected you all appear to have had a great time with Hayley on top form. I look forward to the photos.
A question for anyone - has Hayely ever sung Lovers Heart before live?
Best Wishes Martin

A question for anyone - has Hayely ever sung Lovers Heart before live? Hi Martin My guess would be that she hasn't, I've certainly never heard this song mentioned in the context of Hayley before - let's hope she includes it in a set list for a UK concert before too long. Best wishes Grant

Hi folks, I have heard from Stuart that the concert was awesome, he and Belinda shared a blanket at the front with Jill Sophie and Issac, Gerald met Stuart for the first time then went off to Video the concert, now they have a ten and a half hour drive to get to the next concert! He has got some good photo's but all the computers he has found are Apple so he can not post them yet. Steve (now very jealous!)

:2fun: Well I got back to Christchurch safely, not long before I head off to Waipara. It is a lovely hot day today so should be another excellent concert. I have posted some of my photos to wet your appetite. Hayley doing Sonny I surprised Hayley when I took this photo just before I gave her the Teddy Bear Tim with Hayley and the Teddy Bear. Hayley did an ALL BLACK kiwi. I have a lot more photos to post including all of the westenra family and the HWI members. See you later.
