The early bird catches the worm. Well, if it's got worms, I'm not going! Roger It's ok, Roger! I think the 'bird' eats the worms. I guess you'll be off to New Zealand then? Paddy

Well, thanks Belinda & Roger, Blankets-ground sheets it is for obvious reasons. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifThe tickets all cost the same so we are all VIP's. The early bird catches the worm. Graeme We might have to rope off an area near the stage and reserve it for HWI members lol. Looks like we will have quite a few members at the concerts.

Thanks Grant, I had been dreaming for a opportunity like this one, for a long time. Oh yes, surely 'hayleywowed' I was, and maybe am still! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifHi Stephany, Yes, "eventually" or "finally" is the word for the feeling I have toward this trip. After I have seen and met Hayley last month, I have started to feel a great "homesick" for my second "home country". And that combined with the natural desire of seeing her once again, in HER home country. And thanks for your encouragements, Graeme and Belinda. I will think about that wonderful option.

Hi to all you lucky folks down under who are going to the concerts in the near future. You may already know most of the songs Hayley and Dave Dobbyn are going to sing at these concerts. I was vaguely familiar with a few of them before the Shepherds Bush concert and was sorry I did not know them better before I heard them at the concert. I recommend you get to know them from Drew's videos as it will increase the enjoyment of the concert no end. I am really pleased for all you folks down there, You have waited patiently (or impatiently ) as the case may be for these concerts and I hope you enjoy them all as much as you can. comet ( up above as opposed to down under )

Hi Belinda, I've got a ticket for Millbrook at the event center in Queenstown, flying to CHC late on the 7th, staying at the Hotel So until the 12th then driving to Queenstown, hopefully a day trip to Milford Sound and a Bungy Jump ( well, maybe I'll watch others) before the concert, then drive to Waipara for the Sunday show. Why don't you go along, I need someone to help me stay on the ?correct? side of the road!!!.......TimJ Hi Tim! Great you are able to make it to the other side of the world. You will definitely enjoy it and become very "NZwowed". i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifI don't know about your tour planning but if you like to go to the Milford Sound it will be a daytrip only if you fly there from Queenstown. I would highly recommend to drive. In this case you have to plan a day for the drive from Queenstown to a town near the Milford Sound like Te Anau or Manapouri. My sister and me stayed in Manapouri because all accommodations in Te Anau were already booked out. Then you need a day to go to the Milford Sound do the boat trip and driving back to Te Anau or Manapouri. You can book a ticket for the boat trip online HERE . It's peak-season so it might be a good idea to book in advance. I've got the link from Rodders. The best time to visit the Milford Sound is driving there early in the morning and do a midday boat trip. The light for photos is way better in the morning. You can stay another night in Te Anau or Manapouri if you want to travel relaxed or go back to Queenstown but that would be quite stressful. By the way Manapouri is the start for tours to the Doubtful Sound. We didn't do the Doubtful Sound tour last February but it's a worthwhile trip and on the list for our next NZ journey. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifA good place for Bungee Jumping is AJ Hackett's bungee jumping at the Kawarau River. It's situated at highway No. 6 east of Queenstown. The first jump cost NZ$ 150, the following jumps are cheaper if you still like then. :2fun: To be honest my sister and me only watched other people jumping. Anyway, enjoy the trip and especially Hayley's concert. Best wishes, Thomas

Hi everyone, I have been trying making a contact with my friends who live in NZ , since I need a help of some NZ resident to book a ticket for Waipara concert, you know. Hoping that they still remember me. About my travel schedule in NZ, I am still unsure about it but, like Timj, I will be flying to NZ in the 2nd week of Feb, will spend some days in Christchurch, Timaru, Fairlie, then will go to Queenstown and use at least 4 to 5 days to explore Milford Sound and the track, before the concert. Hopefully, I will have my flights booked in the coming year...

Hi TimJ, Thank you for the information. But for this year, thanks so much to Belinda's kindness, I have no need to try that one. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifIt would be a kind of a tough schedule by including the one at Waipara, but at least, I am not the only one who will follow this road. Hi again TimJ, Thanks, but I would most likely be catching a bus on that occasion. I would like to be with someone on the way of course. Yet, my choice is due to the fact that I will be taking a bike with me. Akito
