Hi all,
Just a comment about audience behaviour :
I can only comment on the Arrowtown (5000 people), Waipara (2000 people) & Blenheim (1500 people) wineries.
Impeccable....you could have heard the proverbial pin drop. Everyone in the audiences was most appreciative. Standing ovations after every show & 2 encores.
Who could have predicted this other ugly stuff though? It was full of malice...revolting. I hate talking about it.
Graeme

Hi All, Thought I'd post my trophy. I decided to ask Hayley for a picture with me as I've been behind the camera so far. I asked her to arrange it for me as I'm such a photographic nightmare usually....unlike her. She went thru various details...decided our colours matched etc then gave the go ahead to Marianne. I got Hayley to check the result too. Great ! , she announced....and, as you see , she was right. Hayley, you're a dream. Graeme

Thank you so much for these photos Graeme. A real pleasure it is to see Hayley meet her fans, but of course, nothing compares to meeting her.... :rolllin:

Hi Dori & North. lights. This one's for you....it is certainly a lovely elegant dress as is its wearer. Shame about the speaker box being in the way. Graeme

yes it is a shame, but the dress (and wearer!) are lovely even behind a speaker box!

Hi Dori, I only just realised that you made Villa Maria.
So pleased for you....fantastic & whoopee !!!!!!!!
Did you get to say hallo to Hayley? We've been cut off from HWI for the last few weeks due to time & lack of convenient PC's so I hope you haven't answered that already.
Graeme

Hi Emil, Thanks for your thanks & welcome to the forum. I'm still working on my pics both of NZ itself & of the three concerts that Marianne & myself attended: Kerikeri ; Waipara ; Blenheim. The concerts themselves were ( ) absolutely magnificent. We feel really privileged to have been able to have witnessed them. Graeme PS I just read thru your posts & am delighted that you've "discovered" Hayley.....I look forward to your hearing & seeing her...she's a delight.

Here's Hayley at her sound check about 3 hours before the show. A most fascinating experience to see this remarkable girl in her element. As we sat down a little way off the stage she suddenly noticed us & said: "Well Halloo" to us with great warmth. Graeme

Graeme Hello Graeme, No, I didn't get to say hello to Hayley - I had a conversation with her!! You should read my full report to see what she said to me. It was, without doubt, the best part of the evening; she is so lovely, and stunning. Dori
