Hi Gordon and thanks for the update on the Queen Mary... Hi Gene, Will the Queen Mary 2 do the job? Queen Mary 2, 151,000 tons... and Isle of Wight Car Ferry 3,000 tons in The Solent - 22 Sep 2007 i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifCheers, Dave Hi Dave, Indeed, I think Hayley will be quite content to perform aboard the Queen Mary 2. I've reserved the ship for the week of April 6. Does anyone have any conflicts with this? If so, I can reschedule. Gene.......

Hello folks! The Fairfield Concert Hall has nearly 2,000 seats, but only about 10% have been sold so far. I hope the bookings pick up soon because there's only... One month to go! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifSee you there, Richard

Just received my ticket.
On the back it warns:
So Hayley won't be singing the Sound of Silence then (that's All Angels).

Hi everybody! It is a little bit worrying because there seems to be plenty of seats left (except in the block center!). Only three weeks to go...! Stephany

Hi Stephany I wouldn't worry too much yet. Virtually all of rows E through to P have been taken in the front stalls, and quite a few of the inner seats from the centre of the side blocks are now selling. Also, the front of the rear stalls have been taken. Having been a volunteer in my local theatre for many years, that actually seems pretty good. Fans, and those people who know the venue and want to be sure of a good seat will make sure they book reasonably quickly. Those who think "That seems to be a good night out, but I'm not sure what I'll be doing then" will not tend to worry about where they sit will tend to leave booking until nearer the time. Also, with a seating plan available on line, it's easy for anyone to check how booking is going and to make their decision at a time when they perceive that most of the decent seats will soon have sold out. Here endeth the lesson! Lots of love Grant xxx

Hi Grant, Thanks for the reassuring answer. I'm not too optimistic because last month I went to a Russell Watson concert and the venue was more than half-empty because of late tickets sale and especially very bad advertising. Let's hope that it won't be the same for Hayley's concert. Three weeks to go!! woopee! Lots of love, Stephany xx

Hello everybody! I visited the Fairfield Halls yesterday. I didn't see any posters or flyers, but Hayley's concert is shown prominently in the December - January brochure, and outside in large letters it says: DEC 1 - HAYLEY WESTENRA22 days to go! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifSee you there, Richard

Hi Richard and everyone, Good to hear that there is at least a little bit of promotion. I may be wrong but I have the impression that Hayley is relatively less successful around London than in other parts of the UK. Not that many concerts in London (although there are many great venues! and it is also where she is based) and no rush for tickets like it would be the case in other parts of - say - England, Scotland or Wales. Just a thought Lots of love, Stephany xx
