Hi Mark Still undecided about this one.  There are still a few 'saver' rooms available at either of the Swansea Travelodge's, but it's a long way to go for an outdoor concert in June when the weather can be a bit unpredictable! Also, we still don't know what else Hayley might be doing next year. Best wishes Grant |

Hello Mark, 1,000 tickets seem quite a lot but it's an outdoor concert so I assume they don't have a limited quota? I certainly won't be going (Grant has listed the 'no' reasons  ) but hope you enjoy the concert if you decide to go! Lots of love Stephany xx |

Hi everyone I see that it was the 7th January when the last comment was posted on this thread. I had thought long and hard about this concert and as usual, couldn't make up my mind about going, as at the time, we were not really sure what other concerts Hayley would be doing. However, between the Classical Brits next week and Kilworth House on the 21st July, I have NO Hayley concerts  - so yes, youve guessed it, I have booked a ticket i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifI only just made it as its just about sold out and I had to have the cheapest ticket - but the very nice lady at the box office says that even then, I wont be that far from the stage as its a very 'intimate' seating arrangement. Its a good 3 hour drive from my home and so I'm just debating about staying over  Anyway, am I alone ? or are you going Drew ? The main thing is that there will be at least one of us there to support Hayley and represent HWI Best wishes Mark |

Hi everyone My ticket has arrived  Very efficient I must say. Now all I've got to do is hope that the weather is at least dry for the occasion Just looking at the route planner, this concert really is in the middle of nowhere - totally different to the Royal Albert Hall & London ! Hi Stephany & everyone Stephany, do you recall if there was a seating plan for this venue ? I seem to remember you mentioning something about it. I have looked back through the thread and on the links and can't see any mention of it though, am I imagining it . I'm just curious as to exactly where I will be sitting as the box office description has left me none the wiser. Don't know if you can help Lots of love Mark |

The main thing is that there will be at least one of us there to support Hayley and represent HWI As long as the price of diesel does not reach £2.00 per litre, Gini and I should be there for a long weekend in the Brecon Beacons. I am booked into The Cawdor at Llandeilo. Hayley will not be alone, Fiona and Ian will also be there to support her. |

Hi everyone Not long to go now until this concert, in fact 10 days to day, and I'll be getting ready to set off. I have decided to stay overnight and have booked a bed & breakfast right next door to the venue Apparently, its less than half a mile, so perhaps i'll walk after Ive booked in This will be the first outdoor Hayley concert that I have been too , so here's hoping it at least doesn't rain. The other thing is that I have a small gift to give to Hayley (all will be revealed hopefully in my report after the show) so I do hope that she will be signing afterwards Best wishes Mark |

so I do hope that she will be signing afterwards Hi Mark In my experience there is rarely room at the smaller outdoor venues for a signing to take place, so don't rely on it. I would put money on Ray being with her for this one and he is usually about before Hayley's performance to make sure everything is set up properly. Your best bet, I think, would be to have a chat with him. At Gawsworth, I've twice waited at the exit for them to leave, last time completely on my own!  I guarantee that if there are fans/a fan waiting, then they will stop. You may be lucky with a signing, but make sure you have a contingency plan! Best wishes Grant |
