Hi All: here's my version of the dress incident :Right in front of us there was this enormous & very classy sounding grand piano. all we could see of her was a green reflection in one leg of the piano.....that's all.
She proceeded to pla her Sonny (lovely) & as she finished, there was a mysterious pause....silence....nothing happening.
Suddenly a voice said : " I'm attached" which of course only Hayley can make carry off & be comical.
Eventually up stood an *unattached* Hayley with the usual unruffled expression on her face...little laugh...
We're now in Wellington at an internet cafe. Weather beautiful. Sunday we cross the Strait.
All the best for anybody able to go to the Hayley, Dixon, Marvelly Concert on the 9th Feb.
Bye for now Graeme & Marianne

Hi all, I think it's super-cool that Hayley is now performing Sonny on a regular basis. It certainly looks as though Shepherds Bush was a real threshold! Stephany

Thank you, Belinda and graeme for both of your accounts of the incident. It's good to know that her dress didn't get ripped after all!

Hi Libby I couldn't agree more - for one thing, I understand its Hayley's favourite performance dress and secondly, she told us it was her most expensive Best wishes Mark

It's also very long. It probably got caught under one of the legs when Hayley adjusted the chair, but I'm sure she'll be more careful in future. Richard

It's her own fault. She shoulda gone to the *dress* rehearsal! Roger

Hi All, We're now back home again after a lovely time in Hayley's homeland.
I'm now working at posting some more of my Kerikeri pics & also the one's of Waipara & Blenheim. Had very limited access to PC's in both those places.
Not sure whether to be systematic or random....I have quite a few.
Graeme
