Hi Richard & Gene, Thanks for the compliments. Gene, I assume you meant the one in the green dress.... Richard, I actually gave away a clue without meaning to in this very thread !!!!! graeme PS there are more pics but i don't know where I can edit & post them next. PPS We've been staying with old friends in Auckland who've given us the use of a laptop computer while we've stayed with them. Hence all the pics etc. thus far. Funny thing is they have 2 gorgeous grandchildren & one is named Haylee. Max has taken us on several trips & Haylee aged 7 has come in the back seat & sung along with one of her favorite CD's. She's very good at singing along & also doing vocalisations. We've had lots of talks together while at their place & have referred often to both Haylee & Hayley. To save confusion we say little Haylee & big Hayley. Has been quite hilarious at times.

Hi Graeme Many thanks for the latest pictures. I think Jill's expression in the pic of her holding the photograph is priceless! Now I'm going to start hunting through this thread for that giveaway clue! Best wishes Grant

Hi Grant, We did our best to keep Hayley happy while in Kerikeri. Or was it she who kept us happy?? All the best for the search. You're just in time for another pic of Hayley with Belinda. Enjoy....I'll try my best to find myself a PC in Lake Taupo tomorrow. We'll just have to see, God Bless, Graeme.

Great photos, Graeme. I particularly like the last of the three where it looks as if Isaac is biting Marianne's thumb !

Thanks for the last lot of photos - still waiting patiently for the surprise Perhaps he won't tell us. That'll be a surprise, won't it? Roger OK guys, since I'm leaving today I'd better come clean. In one of my posts in this thread I mentioned that i talked to Hayley about her Scarborough Fair version where she substitutes her own voice in the musical break before the song finishes. Well, while Hayley & I got that bit straight I recalled that I'd asked her [in Melbourne] if she was ever going to sing that beautiful little song "Romanza" again. So,back to Kerikeri, I pointed my finger at her hoping to remind her of that & said : "and Romanza" She didn't reply but was looking at me & was suddenly singing that song to me...people all around us....I don't know how many lines she sang all together because I was so startled. I don't even remember what happened after....my impression is, when I try to recall, of colours coming out of her mouth. I recognised the melody immediately.....sort of unreal Strange, you say? Yes, but true!!!! Thats about the best I can do.....it was a thrilling & stunning experience. Now, of course I'd love her to do it again...... But next time the whole song !!!!! Hope you liked that......a hopelessly Hayleywowed Graeme

Hi Graeme, Fantastic photographs, I am sure Marianne will not forget that evening in a very long time, Issac seems to be enjoying himself, it must seem strange to him now his big sister is famous, I hope the whole family can come to the UK one day, Thanks again for photo's to captivate the memories for us all, God Bless Steve H

Hi Graeme Wish I'd PM'd you with my conclusion now!! 'Cos I was spot on! Now, of course, you only have my word for it! The first time you mentioned 'Hayley's surprise' I thought to myself "Romanza" and my guess would have been that she included it on her playlist, but then we saw a copy of that and no "Romanza" Knowing that she has sung impromptu before (with Holly Holyoak) after a concert, I couldn't think of anything else that would mean so much to you. So WOW!! Hayley sang it just for you, that's amazing, but typical of the girl we love so much and such a privilege to be honoured in such a way. Enjoy the rest of your holiday and the other concerts and no more surprises OK? My nerves won't stand it! Love to you both Grant

Hi Joe, what in the world are you and I doing up so late at night??? Well, if I have to be doing something at 2 am in the morning, it may as well be visiting the HWI forum! No time is better spent!!! I agree, Gene. Looks like another late night on the forum again !! That was a lovely suprise performance of 'Romanza' by Hayley.
