Hi Stephany.
I think we all expected this one to sell out very quickly with only 450 seats.
I wouldn't worry about your card not being debited. I've not heard that anyone has had tickets yet, so I guess once tickets are issued, then we will be charged. I would expect that also to apply to tickets being collected on the day.

Hi Grant, Thanks for your reassuring message. I always worry when I know there is a sold out event and I haven't got my ticket yet. Especially when the performer is Hayley  It's interesting that you all consider this a 'small' venue for Hayley - 450 seats seem big to me! But then, I still don't know how many we were at Shepherds Bush so I can't really compare.  Love, Stephany |

Hi Grant and Stephany, I think Turner Sims is fairly typical of the size of venue where Hayley tends to sing these days when she first visits an area, Bedlam probably know they can always sell that number of seats (but usually they are churches or cathedrals). This is the first time Hayley has had a concert in Southampton, Portsmouth or anywhere in between and I could have told Bedlam (if they'd asked me) what would happen or as I said way back in JuneI hope they will now consider putting on a second show in Southampton, as they have done in places like Shrewsbury when sold out. Over three months to go and already sold out, wooo!!! Regarding tickets, mine was posted on Tuesday last week and I received it on Wednesday. Cheers, Dave |

When I called the venue today to check, they said they had been very busy and that it was currently being processed and should be with me in a day or two. I would probably be more concerned if you have not received your ticket by the end of the week. James |

I got my ticket last Friday having paid by cheque and reserved a seat way back in June. I've found from experience it's better to do that BEFORE they go on sale !!

Hi everyone, Just got a phone call from the Turner Simms box office - they told me my credit card had expired! Of course I knew it hadn't, so I gave them the number again and this time it worked. Phew! Good thing that they hold my ticket despite this little 'payment problem' Anyway, it should appear on my credit card statement very soon so I am obviously now reassured to know that I (virtually) have my ticket i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifStephany |
