Hi Everyone It's good to see that some members are now home safely and beginning to recall last night's events.
Just one comment on the venue as it was quite surreal. There were no seats in the stalls (where most of us were congregated) and with three bars around the standing area which sold drinks continuously throughout the concert it had a club atmosphere (hence the constant chatter throughout the performances). Yet, the circle which was seated was the traditional theatre layout. Bizarre to say the least.
Needless to say most HWI members were standing at the front of the stage within arms reach of the performers!

Hi All
Home safely and just caught up on something like 70 posts! Bad news is that I had the flash set incorrectly on the little digital compact I borrowed and some of my pictures are over exposed, although I didn't take very many.
I'm afraid that I'm not going to be the one to put you out of your misery, it having been unanimously decided that that honour should be passed to one extremely happy young French girl who should arrive home about 10pm tonight.
Depending on what happens later tonight, you may get something from me tomorrow. Whatever happens, I promise you all that it will be well worth waiting for!
Best wishes Grant

Hi Grant, Yes I have to agree with you there, last night was one of the best performances I have had the pleasure to witness, and this is how it started on Shepherds Bush Common, with good company and two bottles of red wine!Martin and Stephany Stephany and Mark Caite Stephany Stuart talking to Caite [/center] Steve H

Are you still there, Tim? It's over now, you know? We are all eagerly awaiting a report from Stephany which I hope will appear in a few hours' time. As soon as it does, I am sure there will be many more posts from everyone who was present at this outstanding event. I think we will have some amazing coverage for you. Meanwhile, I just want to say it was great to meet up with so many members, especially those whom I had not previously met (Joyce and her husband, Paul-Comet, Jim and his wife, James and of course, Stephany). What a night, eh? Roger

I AM SO HAPPY FOR ALL OF YOU AND FOR HAYLEY TOO!
These are memories that all of you will forever treasure. I can only regret that I was not able to be there to meet all of you and to see all of the performers.
You will have to excuse me now because I'm going up to the top of the Empire State Building to jump off!
Best always, Gene

I am so excited to read your reports everyone! Thanks for the photos -- the lighting on the Dave Dobbin picture is awesome -- I definitely never saw blue like that before! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifI can't wait to see (and read) more. Everyone from HWI looked so happy to be together . And Hayley -- do I even need to mention it? She looked beautiful as always! If you don't mind Steve, I'll save that last pic to my computer. It's so magical! Oksy

Hey everyone, I'm back! Just arrived from London - a bit tired because I didn't sleep at all. Oh well, maybe two or three hours But believe me, it was definitely worth it Just in case you're wondering, yes, I've had fabulous dreams. i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gifI gathered my thoughts during long hours last night but couldn't write anything on the paper because I prefer writing on a computer. I promise, all will be online tonight. Stay tuned! Thank you guys for posting those great pictures - I look forward to seeing the rest. First of all, I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart all the members of HWI who attended this event and offered me the privilege and honor to be the first to post a full review. I'm sure they are all very impatient to share their comments but they generously accepted to wait till I was home. It was a memorable night - I won't explain it all in details right now, you'll have to be patient. Don't worry, I'm starting the review just after posting this message. It shouldn't be long now! To everyone who didn't attend this concert - thank you for your patience Lots of love, Stephany
