Oh Hayley!
I don't know what bowls me over most. Well, of course I do! It's you, from that very first meeting when, turning to the people behind me at Derngate, I said to them, 'Go on, push past me me if you want her to sign something, I'm just content being close to her'.
It seemed you took two steps when I'm sure you needed six, in fact so far seemingly away you were I am surprised you heard me at all. You thrust your hand into mine and said, 'Well, you can't get any closer than saying 'hi!' can you?'
Then, at Newmarket on Thursday, because I'd had such chances with you at Cardiff and Llandudno I thought I should take a back row line-up to the others.
Catching up on the latest news I find in fact you, Hayley, have joined us.
What, then can I say in welcome? Obviously, we feel honoured and privileged. For you, to whom we attribute the highest professional standards, to say, as you did on the pavement at Cadogan Hall and on the street at Cardiff, 'Hi guys, I'm with you', on this board is a statement that you reckon our standard of debate and posting is good enough for you. That is an accolade in response to which one can only use one of your own exclamations, 'oh wow!'. Thank you.
So, 'welcome', to a thoroughly modern, 21st century young woman, whose skills, I'm sure, can bring those old-fashioned values, so deeply imbued in your personality, to the fore and promote them as the latest 'must have' trend-setting fashion essentials.
Hi Hayley. Peter

Hi Hayley,
I really enjoyed your DVD. It came very highly recommended, but your singing went well beyond the already high expectations I went in with. I'm looking forward to seeing a live performance one of these days.
Take care,
Bob
