Web site ticket booking is not yet available and i assume both online and telephone booking would open simultaneously.
People intending to go should note the following, with my highlights in red.
Conditions of Sale
Tickets will be despatched within 48 hours of payment by credit/debit card. Purchase of ticket signifies Agreement to the following:
Tickets are sold subject to licence. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Tickets may be sold subject to a booking fee. Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded or replaced if lost. In the event of cancellation for whatever reason, ticket refunds will be made at the discretion of the promoters. In the case of ticket refunds in the event of cancellation only the face value of the ticket will be refunded.
Right of Admission is reserved by the promoters. The promoters reserve the right to search people entering the arena. No pass-outs or re-admissions will be allowed. No Cameras, Video or Recording equipment will be allowed in the arena. You are advised to wear appropriate footwear as the ground is uneven. You may find it useful to bring a torch as the concerts will end after dark. The promoters of this event accept no liability whatsoever for loss, damage or injury to persons or their possessions howsoever caused.
The promoters reserve the right to alter the programme, artists, dates, times and venues and any advertised event arrangements without notice. Performances will take place in all weathers. No seating or shelter is provided. No dogs (except guide dogs) will be allowed in the arena. Please note that for safety reasons GAZEBOS, FIRES, BARBECUES, COOKERS, FIREWORKS, SPARKLERS, LAWN CANDLES OR ANY NAKED FLAMES ARE STRICTLY PROHIBITED.
Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times. No Frisbees or ball games.
