Hi Andrew and David.
I am so glad you got your concert at last. Your patience has been rewarded and I am happy for ye !. You both look so pleased.. Delighted to see Hayley looking radiant and happy to be there with you. Andrew, you have Hayley beaming with that kilt of yours, I hope it wasn't too cold up there as the temperature has dropped significantly here in the last few days and the evenings have gotten shorter.
I'm as green as Hayley's Dress with envy , Hope you all thoroughly enjoyed your evening.

Fabulous pics guys, I can't help thinking of the wedding of (now) Princess Mary & Prince Frederick of Denmark a while back where Mary's Dad had his full Scot's Regalia on.
He outglammed the entire ceremony. Definitely had star quality.
Andrew, you always put your special touch on things....very well done.

Hi all, What a fantastic concert we had last night from Hayley and all the other musicians there, and sitting right in the front row as well!! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif I will of course have a bit more to say in due course, but I will say that Hayley was on top form and performed magnificently throughout what was a packed concert! Thanks for posting your wonderful photos there Andrew, hopefully you were able to get a bit of sleep last night! As far as I'm aware tonight is sold out as well, but we're going to try and see if any tickets for tonight have been returned so that one or both of us can go! Best wishes David

Hi Andrew & David I'm glad you have been able to experience what some of us more fortunate members have been experiencing all summer - Hayley in top form getting better and better.
Surely, this is going to be a vintage year for Hayley's performances?
I look forward to further reports and photos.
Martin.

Hi Andrew and David,
What a fantastic time you had!
Great pictures!
Maybe one of the pictures should be posted in "Favourite Hayley Dress"? Which one? Any suggestions?
Might be 'out of kilt-er', perhaps!

Hi Andrew,
You certainly looked the bees knees [knees being the operative word] in that kilt. I am sure Hayley was greatly impressed.

Hi All, Thank you so much for all of your kind comments about the photographs (and my kilt!). The Concert stage set was fairly simple but creative. A large dried floral festoon formed an attractive centrepiece at the back of the stage and coloured spotlights/ filters were projected onto the stage/ through some canvas screening to achieve some quite dramatic effects! It all worked rather well... Here are some photographs of the stage set from Thursday evening's Concert- after the musicians had left the stage- as viewed from where we were seated right in the centre of the front row! The stage set certainly included an element of New Zealand flavour- with a few simple motif designs applied to the side screening... Hayley even took the time to remark about these at one point during the Concert- she loved them!
