Hi Peter Thats a great story - and just so unexpected Just one of those coincidences that happens in life from time to time. Thats a chance meeting though you will never forget It brings to mind a line from an old film - " of all the moterway service stations in all the world, you had to walk into mine " Best wishes Mark.

Hi all, Apologies for having been away for awhile...I've been moving and now having to share internet connection with other members of the family (**cough** sister **cough**). I have just now read the reports on the evening, and wow...what an amazing evening!! Thanks, guys for sharing!!! It's truly great to see Hayley enjoying herself with friends. (I knew the HWI gang would stick it out...not gonna be denied a chance to meet Ms. Hayley! What a bunch!) David, congratulations on meeting Hayley for the first time!! It must've been out of this world! I'll bet your feet have just now returned to the ground!!! Caite, congrats to you as well, for receiving special recognition...and for representin' us Americans so proudly!! (Side note: thanks to Hayley, Not "LOTR", I now know where NZ is!) Oh, and btw, when you return to America, how 'bout a special performance for us, as well? Everyone looked splendid that evening!! (Especially, the lovely Hayley and our very own Caite)! (Sorry, Grant, you looked lovely as well!) :2fun: Thanks again, guys for sharing this unforgettable evening! (I'm curious to know if Elizabeth, the lady in Grant's church choir, enjoyed her CD). Though I did not attend, I feel extremely fortunate to be able to read reports and see pictures of the "crew." It's good to read reports of Hayley's concerts; however, the most intimate times and the more meaningful moments seem to be the times when two or more HWI members meet and share their experiences with each other. Congratulations, again, guys!! What a fantastic evening that has been captured very well! Best Regards, Eric

Hello everybody! Time to revive this thread from the dead. Highlights of this concert will be broadcast on BBC Radio Wales on Monday 24th December at 7:05pm. The programme only lasts 32 minutes so it does NOT clash with the broadcast of the RTE Dublin Christmas Concert. It doesn't say if it's really this BBC concert but I suppose it will be? The info was originally posted by Dfcf on this thread: BBC Recording. Stephany

Thank you Stephany for details of the Wales Radio broadcast. Was that two GREAT minds thinking alike or the prompt from me when I asked for details relating to this when expressing thanks for the Dublin broadcast details on that thread?
By the by, I had hardly noted the date in my diary when my automatic reminder reminded me--13 days to go! My Outlook diary reminder is set for two weeks by default and it was a bit of a shock to realise how time is speeding on.
