Hi Grant,
Sounds like a good arrangement for the meal, I can be there at 5pm and I look forward to meeting Danny for the first time. It seems like in June Friday night is Hayley night.
Best Wishes

There is a multi storey, and surface car park directly opposite the venue. I know the surface car park is 90p an hour, i think the charges are the same for the multi storey, i would advise you use the surface car park however as the multi storey car park is not the nicest of places and has the wierdest construction so that if you have anything bigger than a mini you risk swiping the rear end off your car! I shall try my best to be with you at 5pm, however i do have a very full day that day, so if i am not there then please feel free to leave without me and i shall introduce myself to you all at the concert in the evening. Im sure i ill recognise you all in your HWI get up.

Barring a last minute crtisis, I should be in Stoke on Friday but I am not likely to arrive until an hour or so before the concert is due to begin. It is therefore almost certain that I will not be able to join you for a meal. It is possible that you may see me roaming the streets looking lost but, failing that, I hope to see you all at the venue.

Just a reminder for those of you arriving by train or any other public transport. Stoke-on-Trent is made up of 6 towns, the railway station is in Stoke but the concert hall is in Hanley. This is clearly signposted as the city centre. If arriving by public transport get a bus to Hanley Bus Station and the concert hall is directly opposite, you cant miss it! The Foyer is a very modern design and the hall is very old, so the two do stand out quite considerably when everything else around them is concrete 60s!

From the foyer area of the hall you need to head towards BBC Radio Stoke, which is the other side of the hall, so walk around the hall. When you get to a point where radio stoke is in front of you go to your left, not past the Regent Theatre but sharp left and the buffet is on your right. You can see the buffet from the turning down to your left and it is opposite the beautiful Bethesda Chapel, known as the cathedral of the potteries, which is currently covered up by scaffolding, you can see that from the junction as well. I hope you enjoy yourselves, as i wont be able to make it for 5 due to other commitments, ive never actually tried this restaraunt but i know it is quite famous in the local area for being very good. I hope to see you all at the concert.

Best wishes Grant I think they should be posted just before it's humanly possible, I am looking forward to seeing the pics, It's ironic that I am working in Stoke on Trent every week - Tuesday to Thursday at the moment and I could not work this event into the schedule anyway have a great time and give my best to all from HWI and Hayley Steve H
