Hi everyone,
It gives me great pleasure to announce that Caite and Andrew have both accepted their invitations to become Global Moderators of this forum.
They have both been tremendously supportive since they first became members, and with the membership thankfully ever-growing, I felt it was time to increase the size of the team.
Although their elevation takes place with immediate effect, Caite will be away from three weeks commencing on Saturday so she will effectively assume her new role upon her return.
Please join me in congratulating both Caite and Andrew and wishing them well in their new roles.

Wow everyone! Thank you so much for your kind words and words of encouragement. I really appreciate it. I'm sorry to be out of town so soon after having been asked to become a Global Moderator. Richard and Andrew, a picnic in the park would be a lovely way to celebrate.
