Hi Matt and a warm welcome to the forum from Central England. You will find us a very friendly group of people who support Hayley to the hilt. Plenty of information about her here too so if you need a hand finding your way around, just ask and someone will guide you along.
By the way, I am also a huge fan of Majesty.
Best wishes Grant

Hello everyone
I think we, and Hayley, should concentrate on the many very positive and supportive comments and forget the nasty ones which are in the minority and are clearly by people who haven't the faintest idea who Hayley is and haven't a desire to know - One even admitted that she had commented without even reading the article - how can anything that person says be taken seriously!
Of all the articles covering this delicate subject, I think this is the best but WHY does the interviwer have to spoil it at the end by commenting on Hayley's dress for the photoshoot having to be taken in with a crocodile clip - this is normal for photoshoots; and why comment on the fact that Hayley hasn't eaten her scrambled eggs - has anyone out there tried to eat while being interviewed? I doubt it!
Best wishes Grant

When I think of all the cold rainy nights she stayed and talked with us, posed for photos with us, and autographed our programs with no regard to her own well being until she just broke down I feel so proud to know and love this wonderful young lady. Very well said Larry! Best wishes Grant

No-one said that until now. Those are your own words Grant.
I said it seems that her new management have a different view. A reasonable conclusion I think, since the clutch of press articles coincided with the start of the new management. Clever! But the inference was there in your own comment. Maybe we shouldn't be coming to conclusions until we have the facts.

Until now Hayley has always avoided making her private life public, but it seems the new management has a different view on things. I just hope this will not go any further, as we know how the press treat people when they tire of them.
It's also perhaps unfortunate that if the purpose of the interview was to advertise the new album, it only achieved half a sentence. Sorry Roger, but who says it's Hayley's management that is pushing her to talk about her private life?

Hi Martin and Everyone Yes, I saw one or two of those comments (though not all I suspect), and I'm glad they have been pulled. Looks as though the comments are being checked which is why they're not always there. The meaningless ones are no longer showing. Although the heading says there have been 21 comments, only about half a dozen are shown. Best wishes Grant

Hello everyone This is even more indepth that some of the previous articles we have seen about Hayley's struggle with her inner demons and I admire her immensly for talking about it so openly - it must be difficult for her but I think it also demonstrates that she feels it is all now behind her and that she is, to use words Hayley uses herself, "In a good place". There will always be people who think they know the circumstances; that they've seen it all before; and that they think they have all the answers, THEY DON'T They just like to stir things up and consequently are very sad individuals. What I do think is important though, is that we demonstrate to Hayley that we understand and that she still has our love and support. I know many of you will say she knows that. Well, yes, maybe she does but lets not assume let's make sure she knows by sending her messages on Twitter or Facebook or on these threads.
Hayley will appreciate it! Best wishes Grant

Hello Peter Sounds like your school days were lots of fun. I think mine were somewhat charmed considering some of the things I got away with i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif I clearly remember sixth form Friday lunchtimes in the Waggon & Horses until that fateful day when a booming voice behind bellowed "Sir will have a half and don't let me catch you in here again!" Later, in college, we had a boring old professor for bookkeeping. It was hard to stay awake let alone learn anything. He wore sports jacket and flanels and smoked a pipe and forgot to properly extinguish the latter on one ocassion such that part way into the lesson his pocket began to smoulder! Oh happy days! Kids these days though - I don't know One young lad during the recent riots told a reporter that he wouldn't get into trouble for taking home stolen goods; and another 13 year old was given a machete for his birthday! Best wishes Grant

Hi Jeff and everyone I think the problems are a bit deeper. When I was at school I was scared of my teachers because they carried a cane and were allowed to hit you and we had to stand when they entered the room as a mark of respect. I was also scared of the local policeman because he could give you a clip round the ear as well I wouldn't say I was ever scared of my teachers - respected them, yes (most of the time! i.postimg.cc/9fYxy370/smilie-big-grin.gif) we also had to stand when a teacher entered the classroom - we were also required to say "Good morning Miss or Mr Whatever". It was the norm and therefore accepted. In my pre-teens my parents knew most of the local bobbies and being marched home by one of them was a sure fire way to ensure that you would not be getting that special goods wagon for your train set you were hoping for the next time mum went shopping! Best wishes Grant

Hi Richard HaHa! Perhaps I should have explained a bit more - I think the paper wanted to give the article about Hayley a topical flavour as their lead story was about Zara Phillips - hence their choice of title. Best wishes Grant
