Hi everyone, Excellent news! It is ten years and three months since Hayley first appeared in Madison, at Concerts In The Square! Why Madison again? Probably because their conductor is still Kiwi Andrew Sewell so there's the connection! Here is the playlist we have of that 2004 concert, up on our Youtube Channel: Wisconsin 2004 PlaylistFirst of the videos: And of course, I am seeking confirmation from Bandana. Cheers, Dave PS I bet she'll be flying home to Kiwiland for Christmas via LA, a shorter trip than usual!

Okay, you guys, I certainly do WANT to go. My dad is originally from Wisconsin, and he has family there, so he'd be more likely to go with me because of that (and he's the one who discovered Hayley for me), but because of the time of year, he might not. My family is always very discouraging about things. "What if it snows, what if you're flight gets cancelled, and you pay all that money for nothing?" Well, it's a risk I'd be willing to take. However, I will seriously consider trying to go by myself. The problem is that it's close to Christmas, and I'm concerned about getting days off. I already requested my last few days of vacation off in mid-December, actually the weekend before, so I don't know if they'd give me more days off so close together. But I'll try. I might even be able to retract my original request. For the time being I'll look into flight schedules and hotels... that's another thing. People might already have Christmasy vacations booked. Travelling alone would certainly be made easier if some other Hayley fans could meet me there somewhere. I would love to meet you faninchicago and Taylor! And anyone else!

The newest argument, of course, is ebola. My family, the most encouraging people in the world... NOT!!

Great news for our American HWI'ers. So, this confirms what I was told in Dublin. Now, hopefully, the UK concert mentioned for later this year will also be forthcoming! Martin

This is great news for all Americans! I'll post the direct link on our Facebook page and add a note that these concerts are subject to confirmation by Hayley's management. I suggest we wait for the confirmation before adding the concerts to the forum and website schedules. Hayley might tweet about them first, which would be good enough for me. Richard

I am so pleased for you guys over there. (Breaker on 11 for Photo Tom in Madison, are you still there ) Maybe you should all join forces and rent a house near the venue and book tickets for both concerts, after the effort required to get there you may as well stay an extra night and see both concerts. Maybe Hayley read The Bridges of Madison County and fancies a few days there. May I also remind you, one of our Chinese members walked for four days through the mountains to get to a Hayley concert. I am getting really excited for you guys, go for it.................make the effort. Weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.............................

WOO HOO!! I may try to go. It is a 7+ hr drive from KC but I also have some frequent flyer miles that would get me to Milwaukee. It would be a 1.5 hr drive from there.

The Madison concerts are now confirmed by Bandana ... and... Hayley will be doing two concerts in Cork (yes, Irish Cork!) on 13th and 14th. December! I will shortly start a new thread regarding that one. Cheers, Dave

Hayley will expect you. There is no possible excuse, and having relatives in Wisconsin makes it even easier. And dont tell me about work. rant/ I can never get my brain round this work thing. I tell my employer when I'm available to work and when I'm going to be off. If they don't like it, tough, I'll take it without pay if necessary. And if there is a special reason why my services are needed I'll try my best to accommodate them. But I'm boss of my own life. If I decide I'm going to be off, knowing that if they sack me they won't have my services at all. I will give reasonable notice of absence if I can. But that isn't always possible if people are taken ill as they often are and yet companies still survive. So why can't they work round an absence planned months in advance. It is just poor management. \rant Martin D

Money doesn't grow on trees either. While the tickets might be affordable, it's the travel itself that eats up the money

Money is only money. It can be earned. It can be used efficiently. It can even be borrowed as a last resort. Hayley's concerts are history. If you are not there you will regret it for the rest of your life. If you are the memories will last a lifetime. Something to bore your grandchildren with. How can money ever compensate for that?

Hello All.....I have one front row reserved seat for Hayley's Madison Wis. concert for sale. It's 55.00 dollars plus an 8.00 service charge. There are only limited first row seats. All other seat s are general admission. Let me know if anyone is interested. Larry P.S. I finally get my wish to see Hayley in the U S . I'll be driving from the St Louis area to make the Thursday show. I'll drive up I55 if anyone in this area needs a ride.

How did you buy tickets already? It says they aren't available until the 20th. Also do you mind sharing how much the general admission tickets are?
