I was just watching Great Performances on PBS here in the States and thought how wonderful it would be to see Hayley perform. The email address below will allow you to make such a request to PBS.

Some of us have contacted them before, and they just respond with something like, "she doesn't have any shows planned" or something like that. So, if you mean something like Hayley's Live from NZ show, I don't think that's PBS' idea, I think it's Decca/Universal's.
Hayley might be appearing on PBS this fall, in the concert she did with Mario Frangoulis in Boston back in June. She has also been able to participate in the Capitol 4th and the Memorial Day service shows in the past. In that case, I think the PBS producers are the ones who invite her, though I'm not entirley sure on that.
