The first time I heard Andrea Bocelli was when I watched figure skating. I remember a pair skating to Time to Say Goodbye, the one with Sarah Brightman, so that was probably the first song I heard. But the one that I really liked was when Todd Eldredge, a US national champion and World champion, skated to Il Mare Calmo Della Sera. I loved the song, and Todd's performance is powerful, and I really enjoyed it.

So, anyway, that was the beginning of my interest in crossover singers, although it took me a while to really become a fan of any crossover artist.
